Used Phones from B&H Photo

Hi Everyone,

I sent my Unlocked Lumia 950XL back to BHPhoto 7 weeks ago and there is no end in sight for the repair being done... (I can't believe it). I've been complaining for a bit and they said they would send me a used one (9+ condition) since they don't know when the repair will be done.

Has anyone had any experience with used phones from BHPhoto? The phone I sent in was 100% perfect, always had a case, not a scratch on it. Should I let them send me a used phone instead of waiting for God knows how much longer to get mine back?

Use Squaretrade next time. I think their turn around time is a week.
