If you do not receive a separate email after ordering titled "Let's get streaming!" then more than likely you did not order the free fire stick with your order. This email tells you that you ordered a free fire stick with your service and to what address there going to ship it to. If this is the case, go to DirecTVNow.com and chat with support. Tell them you ordered the fire stick offer but are not sure if it's a part of your order. They should be able to tell you and help you out.

It's a pre-approved payment to directvnow, make sure to cancel the pre-approved payment manually on paypal even if you have cancelled the service.

Be warned, there are widespread reports of stuttering and audio/video issues with DIRECTV Now on ALL "Fire TV" products (including hardwired 2nd gen Fire TVs).
