I have a D7000 and I am looking for second camera for my wife. I am going to pass on this deal cause of 70-300mm lens which is outdated (newer is VR version).
The primary complaints about the ED version were its tendency to hunt, slow focus, and the slow variable aperture (f/5.6 at 300mm can put you into shutter speeds that are challenging for hand holding, even in good light).
Coming from a Canon shooter this is a great deal!

these are all new af-p lenses... significantly improved over previous gen kit lenses.

btw, the 24mp image sensor in the d3400, which is the same as d5600 and d7200...low light performance is significantly improved over your d7000...with d3400 you could shoot as low as 3200iso and get sharp photos with minimal noise. With d7000 your equivalent is 800 iso...time to sell d7000
do you think beach camera would offer a refund to match adorama $380 deal? ordered the $399 kit a couple days ago.
yes I paid $550 when it first came out this is the cheapest I have seen it.
