What is the model of the iPhone 7? If it's an A1660 or A1661 (Verizon/Sprint/SIM free model ), you can. If it's neither of those models, then no, you can't.
Why can't you? Because the TMO and ATT models of the iPhone 7 have a different modem (Intel) that does not support CDMA networks Verizon & Sprint, which use a Qualcomm modem.

If you mean changing the esn/IMEI of the phone to new IMEI (cloning) then that is illegal. Not only they will cancel the service but you could go jail

At my area LTE speed is satisfactorily good.
It took an hour just to get account# from lyca which was needed to complete port in request.
I want to transfer just 1 line, and see how the process works before going all-in with all of my lines, but it's not clear if this is easily doable.

However someone in the middle of all these comment said that the SIM for this promo is different than the BYOD sim, so I dont know how true it is but you are on your own if that's true.
