Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

From wiki I understand I can't bring Iphone 7 plus from T-Mobile is it correct?
Did you buy the phone directly from TMO or is it a Verizon/Sprint/SIM free phone that you use on TMO?

What is the model of the iPhone 7? If it's an A1660 or A1661 (Verizon/Sprint/SIM free model ), you can. If it's neither of those models, then no, you can't.

Why can't you? Because the TMO and ATT models of the iPhone 7 have a different modem (Intel) that does not support CDMA networks Verizon & Sprint, which use a Qualcomm modem.

Are you allowed to changed the ESN later to a Sprint device? Wondering if they will terminate the free service when you change MEID

Change ESN? I assume that you mean swapping the device to a different device, that shouldn't be a problem at all. I already did it. You can't upgrade your device in 120 days but you can swap it to your other device.

**********************
If you mean changing the esn/IMEI of the phone to new IMEI (cloning) then that is illegal. Not only they will cancel the service but you could go jail Smilie Smilie

I hope that answers your question.

AT&T GoPhone Users: I made it there successfully. Contact AT&T and get your account number before going over. Let me also save you 80mins in your life (you're welcome). When you get the sim, contact porting at
855.641.1960

Tell them the rep gave you this number because they were having a hard time. You should already be in the system if they sent you a SIM card. Good luck!!!

Fa-reeeeeeee!!!!!

Thanks. Hopefully they void the free plan when you ESN change it to a non-qualifying device on the promo list Smilie

Ported in my number from tmobile mvno lyca with my device iphone 6 factory unlocked (A1586 probably).
At my area LTE speed is satisfactorily good.
It took an hour just to get account# from lyca which was needed to complete port in request.

Looks like something is not setup correctly for you. When I login, my account shows this:
Are you able to add new lines to your service?

I want to transfer just 1 line, and see how the process works before going all-in with all of my lines, but it's not clear if this is easily doable.

That just doesn't make sense to me. Why would they so clearly define the terms, and then just say "yeah it's totally fine" 3 days into the promo. Most the reps I reached out to yesterday had no idea about this plan until I brought it up. One put me on hold and forgot to mute the phone, she was asking the people around her about it. If I were you I would have said the terms to him/her, and see if she still sang that tune. In all honesty, not just to sound correct, did you bring that up? Did you say, "well the terms says I can't without losing the promo, are you 100% sure". Maybe then I would believe her. I would still record the call and ask her for her employee ID # just to be safe.
I did I told her it says you can't upgrade until 'like october or something' or else you lose your free plan, but she said that only applies to phones being financed through Sprint. The impression I'm getting is that a phone change like what we want to do isn't considered an upgrade... it's the same thing as breaking your phone and wanting to put a replacement on your account

MetroPCS would not let me port two numbers (Sprint and Ting) to MetroPCS and get two Samsung Galaxy J3 Primes. They said if I port out, they would flag my numbers as suspicious and I would lose my current phone numbers. So I am now finding the best way to get two numbers to port to Sprint. I am thinking T-Mobile Prepaid Pay As You Go. Their SIM is $10. I don't know how much activation is, but if I don't use any minutes, texts, or data, then I'm assuming that would be all I need to pay.
Pure talk offers a free month and $3 SIM card.

The only way to use your own sim is call Sprint with the number at the first page. 866-782-8777

However someone in the middle of all these comment said that the SIM for this promo is different than the BYOD sim, so I dont know how true it is but you are on your own if that's true.
Thanks, I will try this phone number.

Has anyone managed to do the credit check via the website? Seems nearly everyone is being forced to visit a store to get it done.

For those that already ported what does it say when you log in under monthly cost? Mine says 65. I know that is the price without autopay at the end of the free year but are you all seeing the same thing or did something go screwy with mine?
What service did you port from?
