Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

No, it is not activation. It is unknown. I'm still talking to a supervisor who said he knows where these charges came from but I'm still waiting.

Dude, I ask them they said it is deposit. I said why they didn't tell me when I was creating the account, they said well we don't know. After 15 minutes supervisor said well the reason is you have a new phone from us. I told him where is the new phone ,it is my own phone, and then finally after an hour conversation he said call the sales dep so they can reverse or maybe explain to you the charge. I have other information about this charges.

You're right, others didn't get charged activation fees. and the activation fees, if any, should be on the bill with the taxes.

1. Yes you Tmobile customer but you would need account number and pin to port
2. You can bring your own sim if it is compatible with device but would need to call to setup account. Or you can apply account online and pay $2.99 per sim plus $10 overnight shipping. Cannot sign up for this offer in store.

Have you checked your phone and number with eligibility checker to see if they qualify?
Just had a chat with Sprint rep and they confirmed #1. For #2 you'd have to buy it online. Since I have a T-Mobile iphone (unlocked), I don't think it's compatible with Sprint, sadly.

Anybody get this every time you sign in? Even after you already did it.
It will kick you out if they have not populated the info to your online profile yet. Give it some time after porting. I got an email that said "An account has been successfully added to your My Sprint profile on sprint.com" and then I could log in after that.

Just ported 2 lines over from Tmo and everything worked great. Took about 30 minutes of wait time to activate after filling out the online stuff. Account notes the free service until 7/31/18. Also signed up for the $100 per line credit union rewards rebate and 20k AA miles, so hopefully those come through.

Also, Sprint signal strength is better at the my home and office than Tmo so far. Go figure.

Just saved $1000 over the next year. That's a slick deal. woot

Wasted two day reading the threads and 3 hours on the phone with Sprint over credit check issue. Guess we ( wife and I ) were all out of luck in passing the online check and then failed the phone check by Sprint credit dept. We both have around 800 Fico scores. I don't understand Sprint credit check system. Looks like there are flaws in their system or they just don't want so many people using their promotion? I was told to wait 60 days before I could apply again. WTF. What I can do at this stage? Go to sore ? call again? Anyone have some insight please!!!!! Thanks in advance
This is probably a long shot, but is it possible that you set up a fraud alert with one of the credit bureaus? Back in January, I did that and completely forgot about it soon after. A month or so later, I tried to get in on the Best Buy LG G5 deal, which required service activation, and I was rejected by ATT after entering my SSN. I just got a generic error code on ATTs website. I called ATT customer service and nobody could tell me why my application was being rejected even though I had 800+ credit.
