You didn't tell us what is the carrier of your phones. Verizon note 5 will work but you have to go to store or call sprint and tell them to add your IMEI on their database. If your phones are sprint, tmobile or att then won't work.

Yes, I signed up for this plan. I am getting .19 download and .10 upload. What a joke! I purchased my phone unlocked from ATT. It worked great on H2O Wireless (ATT MVNO). Is this the issue with Sprint or iPhone? I know that the ATT version of this phone has one more frequency than the one made for Sprint. I spent last 3 days talking to Sprint. Useless!
PLEASE HELP!

NOTE: It takes about 24 hrs for porting process.!!
I am having the exact same issue. Except my phone was bought unlocked from ATT. I had it on ATT, RingPlus and recently on H2O. I switched to this plan on 6/19 and haven't had LTE since (even 3g is spotty). I spent 3 days with Sprint on the phone or in the store. They are CLUELESS. Did many things (many times), including ##UPDATE#, network reset, phone reset, swapping SIM. All useless. My next step is to call Apple.
Where did you get your phone? Let me know if you resolve this issue.

I chatted with Sprint and here's what they said:
You: So a Droid Turbo and Samsung Note 5 are out of the question?
Jessica: Yes, that's right.
I'll go to the store and see what they tell me.
