I think you need to call customer service to get the account number.
If you just want access to your account, once you activate your att prepaid account, you can gain online access via the att go phone page. You sign up with your phone number and use the last four digits of that number for the pin You will receive a text, use that text to move forward and create a new pin.
I dont recall but I dont think the account number is listed on the site.
It is similar to T-mobile 4G LTE signal booster

1. iPhone SE A1723 16GB (bought from Virgin Mobile for $159+tax; had the Unpaid Status CLEANED for about $25)
2. Ported T-Mobile prepaid mobile number
3. Activation fee waived.

6. Could not get a clear answer as to what the first bill might be; Got the standard answer of "it is different for every state etc.".

Called back the number and happened to get the same rep; whats funny is the vocal disclaimer said free for 1 year until I looked at my account.
hm; they said it's a temporary plan and should update after 2 hours from their supervisor
