Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

After doing all of this where can i view to make sure i'm on the promo? I saw the post above where it says it should look like that but i can't find it online on my sprint account.

Where in the account can you see what plan it is? I just activated and set up an account yesterday. I can't see such info In the account, and I don't even see my phone #. Thanks for your help.

My experiences on porting from T-mobile prepaid and H2O.
It took me only 30 minutes on the phone.
I have Nexus 5X and iPhone 6S with sim cards I used on Ringplus and then Ting.
Note that I had to contact Google Fi to release my Nexus 5X. I took me two days.

1. Did online application with two lines, and they failed to check my credit and asked me to call in. Maybe because I just moved.
2. Called in and all it took was 30 minutes.
- They asked many questions on my credit check, but they are just straight forward questions that I know.
- I didn't even need to provide the sim cards. The rep said the sim cards already tied up to my phones, so she already knew the numbers.
- The rep told me that the insurance for iPhone 6S was automatically added, and she couldn't remove it as I requested, but I can call in and remove it after phone is up and running, it's 44cents/day. Well...
- I waited 30 minutes and restarted the phones, and they have been up and running.
- Both t-mobile and H20 lines have already been disconnected.

The plan for both phones is:
Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (Free with AutoPay until 7/31/18)

You should see it right after you have logged in if you are on the right plan.
Or mouse over "My Sprint" on top (mouse over, not click)
Then click on Account Overview. (See first screen shot)
Then click on Manage plan and expand See details (See second screen shot)

after clearing the UNPAID BILLS, the status shows CLEAN; I am assuming that, this is the reason, I am able to use it on Sprint.

Under My Sprint...go to Account Overview

Select Manage Plan link

Under those boxes is a link to See Details

Overall my experience has been pretty easy, I bought a few phones that were broken and replaced the screens and went ahead and headed over to Best Buy for a sim card. I bought it, which cost me $5, and i went home. Afterward i called sprint and told them i was looking for the promo, let me tell you this lady was something else, she was so great and was better than some of the customer service i have at t-mobile. At the end of the day she ran my credit, which i qualified for 5 lines, and she told me to give her the information on the porting line, which i did, i gave her my freedompop information. I did not like however, that she basically forced me to put the insurance on the phone, she said it wasn't an option. I told them that it wasn't in the terms and conditions and they still told me no, it's not optional so i went ahead and added the insurance. I ended the call and that was that, the next morning i woke up and i noticed that it had an error that freedompop hadn't ported out my phone number, i kept trying to change the pin and it wouldn't work every time i tried to change the pin. However, i gave up and called again and told them to just use my google voice number, they did it, however the customer service was a lot worse, i could barely hear them and it just sounded like they were in the middle of no where with bad signal or something. They took in my information and it was approved. After this, they told me i could all within 30 minutes of the call or i could wait until Monday to be activated, i called 2 hours later and the agent helped me go through the process of activating my cellphone. It's now activated, and i just told them to remove the insurance through their chat. I did test the network and here are the speeds i got, please take these with a grain of salt as of right now it's inside my apartment and it's under 1 mbps download and upload, i am currently in 88270 but i live in California in 95206 so it's where my billing is at. They told me it's going to be 1.75 per month. Lastly, I've gone ahead and confirmed the protection plan is off and i am on the 1 free year without taxes and fees.
Guess we'll see how it really is with the billing, and i'll update when i get back to California what my speeds are. Thanks everyone for their help!

When i go to my account overview i see "Unlimited Talk/Text" could this mean that i'm still not on the plan? I went on the chat and asked and they confirmed that i was on the free plan. Thank you.

Thanks... I followed your steps but I don't see it. Under My Sprint, Account Overview, all I see is My Sprint dashboard: Last Payment: $0.00, Current Balance: $0.00.

I set up the account yesterday. Does it take some time (e.g. a few days) for new accounts to show those info? Were you able to see the info as soon as you set up the account?
