Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I checked several sprint stores and the only one that would sell me a sim kit wanted 10 bucks. Best buy was also out of the sim I needed.

Is there any way to deactivate a sprint sim card and then re-use it for this deal??
I would like to pull the sim card from my Moto E now on tello and re-use it in my new G4 Play.
Yes, you have to swap the Moto E out of Tello to free the SIM. You can swap it with a dummy IMEI if you don't have another phone to put on Tello.

Does the sim card have to be physically in the phone with the imei used to open the line to be activated or can it be "activated" virtually then have the phone immediately swapped out to some other qualified phone? I have the sim with me now but the phone is at my parents house. I just used my dad's imei to open the line to have as spare for now.

Do I have to use a Verizon phone listed to activate on the new sprint line? I have an ESN of one of the listed phones but not the actual phone. I have plenty of Sprint phones from the ringplus days.

I ported in two numbers from att & verizon both under my name,

but "my sprint" only shows 1 number when I login in,

"currently have 1 active devices on your account", how can I add another number?

Same issue here. Chatted with a Rep this afternoon, he said the new lines will be shown under your account in a few days. But it is better to do an online chat to make sure the lines are active under your account.

Call H2O. If unactive, then add the paygo plan. Ask for account number and pin.

Yes, give it four to five business days to show up. The My sprint app from the play store might show all the lines now.

Anyone figure out why a phone like Nexus 5 only works coming from ATT & Verizon when the US Nexus 5 phones are all the same? Sure enough, my Nexus 5 with a Tmobile SIM was claimed to be unusable. Would really like to keep the same number, but getting near the end of the promo to try porting the number around multiple times. Would I likely have more luck calling the promo line?
Call Sprint to add the IMEI to the Sprint database.
Quote from seanickson :
So I want to add a second line, but I don't have an eligible phone at the moment. Can I use my wife's galaxy s7 edge (without upsetting her ATT account) to activate it and then transfer the sim to another phone? Or could I transfer the 1st line to another phone and then use my existing iphone 6 (thats currently attached to the 1st line) to add a line? thanks
You can use the S7E if you are an advanced/experienced user (look for my posts on how); else, use the later method you mentioned (swap device on 1st line).

Trying to add 4th line by calling , having hard time. Cust rep, tele sales are saying they cant add this promotion I have to go somewhere else and getting transferred. They say their system is not allowing to do this promotion . Last week I did not have this issue.
Anyone faced this issue ?
They are suggesting to add a line online. Anyone did it ?
Are they making it harder to add lines ?
You cannot add additional free line(s) online from your account. Keep calling.
Quote from xsupan0va :
Anyone got the direct phone number to Sprint escalation department? Someone freaking changed all my lines to Unlimited Freedom without my consent. I been on the phone for hours being transferred and disconnected along the way over 10 times. Nobody knows who changed and how to fix it. My case was supposedly escalated and "definitely we assure you will get a phone call in 1-2 days" and did not. I call again and they say the same BS, "I escalated your request, you will get a call in 3-5 days" WTH? I am so frustrated and pissed off. If they don't fix it, I will cancel my lines on this account and the 5 lines on my main account.
Both accounts on the same SSN or different SSN or subaccount?

Anyone added a line after new account opening online? Did you have to do it over the phone or is there a way to do it online?

I ported over 2 lines from Verizon no problem, all worked fine for 2 days.

Today I got a replacement iPhone at Apple and have not been able to activate it to the SIM. Tried on the website, phone, and chat - they all say it should activate fine but it throws an error.

Any suggestions?
What the part number of the iPhone as printed on the box? What is the SIM part number you are using?
Quote from svsfan :
Just added 4th and 5th lines from Verizon. Call took about 43 minutes but had to wait on hold initially for 19 minutes. The phones took about 10 minutes to complete port. The Iphone 6s plus and Nexus 6 worked right away without having to reconfigure anything.

the 2nd and 3rd lines GV port is scheduled to complete port at 12 am CST, the first line took a little less than 24 hours and 2nd line gonna take about 16 hours.

Iphone used free sim from Apple Store. Nexus 6 used the 506 universal sim i ordered from sprint.
Damn! You are going all out Big Grin

If you already have access to your account online, you may be able to activate online and/or swap SIM. I remember you said earlier that you can't swap device online, so this may not work for you. If it works, dummy IMEIs are your friends Big Grin

Ported to Sprint from T mobile prepaid within 40 minutes without any issues. I got a sprint sim from one of their corporate stores and called (866) 782-8777. Provided my details and everything went smoothly. 1 year free service. Thank you!!
I have gone to and told by 2 Sprint stores that sims being sold in store will not qualify for BYOD 1 year free plan. So I just had to call. So, you got them for the B&M store?

The stores gave you wrong info. You can buy the Sprint SIM from anywhere as long as it's compatible with your device.

I have a old Sprint sim, can I use it and avail the offer?
How much is a sample bill with taxes etc?
Does it need to be Verizon ported number to avail this offer?
