Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

The stores gave you wrong info. You can buy the Sprint SIM from anywhere as long as it's compatible with your device.
Since you seem to know a lot: What do you think the cheapest method for porting out is? I ported out from VZW postpaid for my main device, but would like my backup old iPhone to get in on the deal too.

Also wondering if I should go to Apple Store to get free Sprint / T-Mobile(?) or VZW sims

I have a old Sprint sim, can I use it and avail the offer?
How much is a sample bill with taxes etc?
Does it need to be Verizon ported number to avail this offer?

So my friend finally got his unlocked iPhone 6 Plus on the sprint network. He called telesales and they eventually got the imei added to sprint database. And the rep was able to push the GV port and activated in about 10 minutes almost as fast as a wireless line.

I don't understand your question. If you mean a free method to get a number to port to this deal, you can try TextNow. docnas mentioned it is eligible.

I ported in two numbers from att & verizon both under my name,

but "my sprint" only shows 1 number when I login in,

"currently have 1 active devices on your account", how can I add another number?
I had the same issue but the second line showed up in my account after 1 hour

I searched around on My Sprint for a long time and couldn't find a way to do it online. Clicking 'add device' tries to make you finance a new phone. I did it over the phone and everything went smoothly... it was just a little time consuming reading out IMEIs and ICCIDs and making sure everything was understood perfectly.
When you added a new line, did it have to be a port-in too? Or, were you able to get a new number?

It wasn't that easy. It's kind of like asking for unlock. Some reps would refuse to do it or play dumb. I guess the telesales reps have extra motivation to push it through.

I have to agree with you on this one Big Grin Most of the reps are clueless; probably due to the lack of training.

Any luck doing this deal with dummy IMEI and then adding real IMEI later? Also, has anybody had luck white listing a US Cellular Moto G4 Play phone?

Only the best toilet paper; not the cheap, recycled toilet paper. It has gold powder that makes the bottom smooth and sparkle like Fourth of July Big Grin

Both GV ports completed at 12 midnight CST as promised by telesales. Took about 15 and 22 hours. Don't know how telesales pushed my freidnds GV port through in ten minutes.
