Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I have 4 lines on this promo. Each were added by porting into Sprint an eligible phone. Want to add a fifth, the Sprint S8+ from BB. Is there any way to directly get the promo on this 5th line or do I need to do what I did before: sign up for unlimited freedom, port out, port back into Sprint? I don't need so many lines but am hoping to get credit Union and possibly other rewards...

you can't get phones on lease or installment plan on the free plan so it will need to be done on a paid plan. If you want to stay on the paid plan for credit union and other promos, I would suggest you then upgrade to the Galaxy J3 for $2.49 a month with $90 GC to free up the S8+ for the free plan before the July 31 deadline.

edit: don't forget to sign up for best buy mobile rewards for 1250 points good for $25 GC

My E4 is doing the same thing, no data usage on my Sprint account. I wouldn't worry about it.
Thanks!

RE: referrals

This is what my status page says:
"Your reward request for [deleted] has been denied. This offer is only available for eligible plan types. Please call 1-888-211-4727 or *2 from your Sprint phone for assistance."

I registered on 06/29.

MY AA promo is still processing but will most likely be denied.
My credit union promo has been denied as well.
"Our records indicate that your account is on an ineligible price plan, therefore, we are unable to process your request. If you feel this is an error, please contact Sprint Customer Care at 844-344-65."

For those who dont know already, go to the link below and enter you phone number, confirmation number, or email to check the status of your sprint referral. You may have to refer back to the original email to locate the person who referred you.

thanks, some brain exercise would do me some good. If all else fails I still have some old Lycamobile sims but accounts might have been deactivated after a few years.
The information in those links is outdated.

You can see your PIN on any FP account by logging into your FP account using this link:

https://my.freedompop.com/

Do not use the old interface link at freedompop.com.

Once logged in go to "Manage Settings" and you will see a link for Port Out Info on the lower left.

It works for all FP SIM accounts, GSM, ATT LTE, CDMA, etc.

Contacting customer support is a crapshoot, at best, but there is no need with the new FP interface.

yes I was in myfreedompop, Others have even posted screenies but I don't have Port Out info on my setting menu. Perhaps since I wasn't successful in registering the Data Only GSM SIM. Also I wouldn't want to lose my GV number if that is tied to it. I think I'll try to dig up my old Lycamobile accounts, I even left a balance on them.

the forces are aligning against this for me on this but I appreciate the help.. It was so much easier with R+ and Tello to get service started. I'm also leery of a hard credit pull. I'm already sitting on a citi card I got at costco that I didn't even use or activate.

For other lost souls there is another Tello data promo out. http://www.prepaidphonenews.com/2...n-you.html

On account of the porting issue, my plan was changed from BYOD Free to Freedom UnLT and the sprint associate who did that logged a ticket to get it changed from Freedom UNLT to BYOD free (she didnt have that plan option available) Anyone else encountered this and know if the escalation to back office should fix this? Thanks.

Anyone got the direct phone number to Sprint escalation department? Someone freaking changed all my lines to Unlimited Freedom without my consent. I been on the phone for hours being transferred and disconnected along the way over 10 times. Nobody knows who changed and how to fix it. My case was supposedly escalated and "definitely we assure you will get a phone call in 1-2 days" and did not. I call again and they say the same BS, "I escalated your request, you will get a call in 3-5 days" WTH? I am so frustrated and pissed off. If they don't fix it, I will cancel my lines on this account and the 5 lines on my main account.
Did they fix it?

I was able to get 2 SIMGLW436C from the Apple Store. I was wondering if anyone has been able to use this SIM to activate a Motorola G4 with a nano to microsim adapter?

I tried searching on google but all the places say iphone only but maybe that's because it's a nano sim?

1) If I port my Tmobile To Go phone number to Sprint BYOD, does it automatically close my TMo account? It is a legacy account with $140 in it. I do not want to lose that. Don't care about the number.

My wife has a Verizon monthly service that she does not want to disrupt in any way. I want to use a) her phone number and b) device only as placeholders to open the BYOD free account. I will later change the phone number (from GV) and the device (from future deal or BF)

2a) Can I use her Verizon phone number (eligible) as a placeholder to open the BYOD account?: will she lose that number? Will that close or disrupt her service? Can I later change the Sprint number to another number?

2b) If I port her iPhone 5 device (eligible) as a placeholder to open the BYOD account, will that close or mess up her service? Can I later change the phone to another number from a BF or future deal?

Thanks

yes. as long as you don't close the T-Mob account by porting away that number. you will need to port in a number from some other source, of course, of course.
