Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Why are they Asking me for account and PIN number for my current carrier. Why would I ever give an entity my PERSONAL Identification Number??? Sounded shady.

Yes thanks for talking sense thru my thick skull!
I would sell the Verizon model and try to buy a Sprint model off of swappa if you want to use it on Sprint. If you do, just make sure it is fully paid off and passes the FED.

Don't waste your time. Just go with T-Mobile prepaid or freedompop gsm.
It's too late now. I have too much invested. My time and a hard pull on my credit.

Yep, I haven't seen LTE yet and my city does have sprint LTE. Troubleshooting over chat and phone with sprint didn't really help. They told me to go to a store and the guy at the store told me since I'm on the free plan I'm getting deprioritized. Absolute BS
Curious. What phone are you using?
Quote from Jesesc :
You're probably right. I'll try tomorrow and if that doesn't work I'll go to Plan B. Sprint customer service told me I could. They may be giving out bad information. If they're trying to build up their postpaid subscriber numbers they should be happy to do it.
Whaaat! A Sprint rep giving out bad info! Shut the front door!

Will swap work for Sprint PREPAID phones (from R+) like Moto E2, galaxy Duo?

I have not tried because I can not login because they send login code to phone Frown ,which is only a placeholder, not active on Sprint.
Do you know if flag has been flipped to sprint side? If not, contact LiterallyUnlimited. Then try a swap over chat.

Lol!!! You can't port your number if you don't give them your current carrier's AN and PIN. It is to protect YOU that your current carrier requires that you give your new carrier your AN and PIN. It's not shady at all.

I can't imagine working in CS and having to deal with clueless people like you.

Anyone know if this deal will be extended into August? I wanted to port my sons phone but they told me his unlocked Samsung S7 from Cricket will not work. Wondering if I should try to buy a sprint phone and sell this one (or if it's just too much of a problem).

BB charges a restocking fee, I'd finish the port.
Thanks for reminding me BB's restocking fee. However, do they have 14 days grace period for all cellular phones purchased...???

Prepaid phones possibly have no restocking fee at Best Buy

Edit: $35 restocking fee for Cell Phones with a Carrier Agreement and Unlocked Phones

Well if port in is your only issue then your problem is purely your cheapnes. To activate the plan for a year free, you dont even want to spend a few bucks ($3-$12) to get on a real prepaid plan which get port in within a day. If you want to get back your lycamobile number you can always activate your new line phone and sort out the port in later.

Is there Sprint problem? I really dont think so, since majority of us spend less than 2 phone call to get everything setup.

I personally have a Lycamobile number that I can port in, but why I spent $11 for a ATT prepaid, yes to save me the exact trouble, if you ever google around you will see how terrible Lycamobile can be to port out..
Thanks for some ideas that I already knew...

BTW, my big brother "FCC" will start whacking LycaMobile later on the charge I filed. Also, this morning & all day long...after trying for several times, LycaMobile CSRs reported their servers down & could not provide the customer's Account no & PIN.

Hopefully, they can fix it up, as my big brother "FCC" will be requesting all historical records (if they have been providing their customers' Account no & PIN, during the past 2-3 years).
Yeah, I enjoy seeing this f@ck#ng LycaMobile go down the drainage...!!!

Only for prepaid phones. The E4 is considered a regular unlocked phone, so only unopened packages avoid the fee.

Yes, the IMEI is outside the box...So, the box is still w/ a mfg sealed condition.
