Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

What phone do you use on Sprint?
The previously copied roaming data was on a Moto G6 Play from Boost.

My line with the ZTE Max XL has no roaming usage.

Do you guys face this problem
.

Today I was travelling to little 10miles towards other end of city...
Phone was continuously showing LTE and even I restarted it and still showing LTE...but I was not able to load Google maps or even google.com.... so data was not working at all for 10mins and started working after I traveled 5-10mins more in the car ....

I felt like there is no sprint signal but it was signal in phone and as I said LTE too.... Then I thought I used data perhaps more than a limit on free plan...is it 23gb free?

It randomly happens actually earlier too but always used to stop only for few seconds...but today was for multiple minutes
I've noticed google maps to show "No Internet" error message on my iPhone on ATT when showing good signal strength, I don't use maps on my Sprint phone, so I think this might be a google issue and not phone or carrier... At the same time my other internet apps work fine.

Used Kyocera DuraXT E4277 for $16. Anything more than a flip phone would be too complicated for some.
Where can you purchase for that price? I'm looking for 1.

Thanks!

Cheap can be a used Verizon iPhone 5s.
Yes, but i'm looking for something I can get new. I don't want to deal with old iphone or android battery issues. I've replaced iphone batteries myself and never had good luck with the quality.

If network really congested you may experience data prioritization.
Quality of Svc. (QoS): Customers who use more than 23GB of data during a billing cycle will be deprioritized during times & places where the Sprint network is constrained. See sprint.com/networkmanagement for details.
i understand data prioritization... i was thinking i might crossed 23GB...
but i have used only about 7GB iin current billing cycle... and even if priority is low the speed should be slow but in my case it stopped completely for those 10 mins..

There are many aspects.

First you have to run SignalCheck Pro ($) or LTE Discovery to understand what the performance and reliability is on various bands.

I have learned for my area where each of 25, 26 and 41 has its strengths and weaknesses.

The phone makes a big difference. I find that my S8+ will quite quickly abandon a band that is not giving any throughput for a better one, but some other phones will stick with a zero-throughput band for a long time.

Sometimes when there are are tower outages (we have lots of storms here) I have to turn my Magic Box off because it will it will switch to band 25 and stay there when band 41 gets weak. My S8+ has better judgment and will stay with a weaker but more reliable band 41 (in my case) or of course band 26 (which the Magic Box does not support). Some phones are like that too. They make poor choices of bands.

To get a handle on all this you have start by knowing and understanding the bands you are using on given phones and in given areas. Until I finally understood these patterns I was lost and everything seemed random. Now I can quickly react. I use my phones for home Internet as well as away from home.

On my S8+ I can even force the band in an emergency.

It is unlimited free but over 23 GB you may occasionally be de-prioritized in areas of heavy load (mainly on lower bands).

thanks i will try the signal band app and will try to learn it

How long does it takes to port a number once you initiate the process? And is there is gap between when you get the sprint line is started and when your old line gets disconnected?

Is this deal easier done by buying your sim through a boost mobile sim pack at a retail store and calling or by creating your account online and ordering a sim through sprint directly then activating it once you get it?

How did you try to signup? Through an agent or online?
Also, when you signup online, it shows $10 for sim card shipping. Any way to avoid that?
