Oh boy, that appears to be one of there newer basic plans. You should have seen this line somewhere in the details: 'Savings until 9/30/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay'

When did you start your service with the first line? and when did you add this second line? We will need the details as to how you went about getting this promo. Does the first line say the same thing?

Others will chime in as to how to go about this situation.

I don't care if they pull my credit twice or 20 times. Will try to call, if they insist on a new sim card for $14 (ripoff) I think I will pass on the whole deal
Yes, just follow the wiki instructions but BE SURE to say you want the FREE 1 year byod plan. Don't be alarmed if they tell you the wrong ending date. The reps screw that up all the time. In your online account you should see something like this:

Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (Free with AutoPay until 9/30/18)

International Text from the US. (Plan FAQ says Sprint Global Roaming included, so also in many other countries: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/se...aming.html)
Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
Savings until 9/30/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay

Also, some reps are insistent on adding the phone insurance. If they don't take no for an answer, you can just call account services (number in wiki) or chat and have it removed. Do it same day or they will prorate and charge a bit every day the insurance is listed on your plan.

Is this deal linked to the phone itself or account holders name if you want to re-sign up again?
Can I give them my same name to get this deal a second time (my phone will be eligible after I follow the wiki by porting out to TMobile...)??

So I had my Pixel 1 on the BYOD plan, and once it expired I moved to Verizon for a few months. Switched my Pixel 2 onto the BYOD plan last night (bought a new SIM from Best Buy) and went through the phone signup process, but I can't get this sucker to activate.

I get a popup that pops up and says "Configuring your mobile network" and it eventually gives up. I tried resetting my network setting with no luck. Sprint keeps saying all is good on their end.

Anyone experience a similar issue and fix it?

I've had it for 10 months and it's been great, you do get a bill since you have to pay tax but for me its only $3 per line, coverage has been great so far. Definitely not a crap deal.

Linked to name and ssn upon signup. Pretty common sense from reading the wiki.

This isn't accurate. I did this tonight using the instructions from the Wiki going from a T-Mobile "digital SIM" I ordered on eBay, using my brother's SSN. I gave them all of MY info and only my brother's SSN. He wasn't even present.

They even transferred me to another department regarding the credit check because my brother's credit kind of sucks. So I was on a conference call with the Indian and an American representatives while the latter "verified" my info. Again, I gave her MY info and made no mention of my brother. She approved me with a $150 monthly limit and seeing as how this was more than enough for one line with an unlimited plan, the first representative finished setting the account up.
what you did is illegal and could potentially cause a great deal of trouble for you and/or your brother.

My point is this isn't a very good idea for anyone thinking of doing the same.
