Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You are correct and that is an outright lie they told you about waiting.

But, for expediency, just take the insurance, then use Chat to cancel 5 minutes after hanging up (or at your convenience). That's what people are doing now. It works fine.

Maybe get their name clearly when they first answer too. That may intimidate them from hanging up.

A large part of that Philippines call center has gone rogue and will say anything for a commission.
Let them do the insurance. You can cancel it online via the account portal don't even have to mess with chat.

You are right - you can do it via the Portal.

But I think accessing that is too hard for a lot of people.

Some do not have PC's, just phones, and have not set up their online account. We are talking about people who just signed up.

Also it is easy to think you have saved the change when you have not.

So I give lowest common denominator methods usually even where I myself, like you, might use an online method.

How hard is it to type "Please cancel the phone insurance plan" into Chat? That way is easier for a lot of people.

But either is fine.

You can do it online it does work you just get dinged a 30 dollar activation fee. I did it. No problem. But you will have to pay the 30 activation fee. Apparently if you call in the fee is waved but it was worth the convience for me to do it online. Just follow tge promts for me the free year plan offer was there along with the other plans as well. I did this 2 month ago.
We were talking there about adding a second line later on.

Oh very good.

Did it ask for a port in?

If not, I do not see that it would conform to the requirements of the offer. (But maybe it could be a way around them!).

From where did you add the second line? Did you sign in to your account first?

I asked this forum & a couple reached out. I used them & released back. You can try. Nothing on eBay. You can buy on ebay for $2.50 & port one at a time.

Yes it is but some people do not like to wait the two billing cycles for it for it and then wait to use it up over more months.

You can request it be done earlier.

can I do second line on the same account to get cash back?

As far as I know the poster has not actually received the money.

The offer says it cannot be combined with other offers.

It remains to be seen if it will actually be paid out.

But, if we assume for a moment that it will be, presumably you could if the poster's way of adding a second line works for you.

I am skeptical personally.

See what those posters say though.....
