Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Can i get the plan with another phone and use it in my oneplus?
No because, while the manufacturer claimed it was design compatible with Sprint, they never got it approved by Sprint and the necessary configuration support does not exist.

Sprint are not fools and will intercept it at swap time if you try to swap it on. The IMEI is not in the database and they will not add it.

By the way does in even have voice bands BC1 and BC10? If not, you would not be able to make phone calls with it even if you could get it on. I think that that is what someone found who did manage to get it on. The manufacturer's claim that it is Sprint compatible falls pretty much in the "wishful thinking" category at best. Or "unfulfilled fantasies."

That is the cost for the sim card you obviously must have ordered.

(It is optional unless you ordered online - you could have provided your own if you wanted to if you ordered by phone. It is not part of the monthly plan fee).

I ordered the SIM card over the phone and paid $3.23cents and they waved the shipping cost.

Sim cards cost $2.99.

Yes the $10 shipping charge is waived.

Chat if you want by all means ..it should be credited I agree..... they likely would credit it regardless because it is so small...

Hello all,

Successfully switched four Samsung Galaxy S8+ devices from T-Mobile! Saving lots of money! Speed is pretty good in northern VA area. I am thinking about getting another one. Any recommendation for an inexpensive device? Which carrier should I open with first and then port? Thanks to you all!

I have one issue though. One S8+ phone doesn't even have an option to turn VoLTE on and off. Other three S8+ phones have no issue. I re-activated it many times according to the tech support but, no change. I noticed the phone that is having the issue has a different Service Provider SW version installed after it was activated with Sprint compared to the other three phones. I have a ticket opened with Sprint but no progress. Did anybody experience the same problem?

This is getting ridiculous. It's time to start taking names and kicking a**.

I would contact [email protected] (Sprint Senior VP Marci Carris) Include the details you listed in your post. She can take care of getting you on the correct plan. She has done this for others. Usually in a day.

After being read all the byod unlimited free info I was signed up. I was charged tax but then a few days later a $65 bill was put on my account and the wrong plan is listed. I called and was told it would be 72 hours to research the problem. What the heck?
hodaddy is exactly right as to what to do.

Do not under any circumstances wait for the normal staff to "investigate" etc. before doing as he suggests. Typically regular staff will take forever and before you know it you can be past the 14 day refund period (not that it should apply once you complain but you just do not want to let this drag on)..

which, just to clarify, is the "end of savings" date (end of free year period) for people who sign up now.

The offer could be completely cut off for new takers at any time without notice, for example Thursday, if they wanted to. (They often end offers on Thursdays).

Sprint is gone run the free year promo up until the merger with T-Mobile gets approved or denied. Sprint is trying to get as many subscribers as possible to send over to T-Mobile. Once the merger decision is made this free promo stuff is over.

I bought two Boost prepaid sim kits and called in to port over. Pack cost $10 which I don't mind with all the money I am saving. It comes with 3 different SIM cards but one only worked for the two iPhone 7's I have. Waiting to unlock my XS Max so I can bring my line over.

Thanks for all the help on this thread!!! I was able to get two lines over for the free year with no issues.
