Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So I see!

I do not know what that is.

I do not have it on my S8+ at all. I just looked.
It appears others have reported similar issue. Some on the top right corner, some on the bottom left corner, bottom right corner, etc. WTF.

Yes so I see.

I have absolutely nothing like that. Not one missing pixel after a couple of years use and even a minor drop or two..

Maybe one would see the same thing very occasionally for any model, say iPhones, if you looked hard enough - I do not know.

I do not know if there could be questions about the source of the stock used for this special offer by Sprint or whoever shipped it to you in the name of Sprint if that is where you got it. Maybe stock was mishandled or who knows.

But, even if so, if Samsung replaces it, hopefully it should be fine. It is not typical and I would not worry too much about it.

There are quite a lot of pixel test programs out there I think and it is common for people to run them. Usually the debate is about "is 2 missing pixels too much?" etc.

I got it brand new from Best buy. I set it up on Feb 13 and just today noticed it.

I think Best Buy has a 14 day replacement policy unless you pay extra for their add-on.

Or Samsung would handle it of course.

My brand new unlocked Galaxy s9 from samsung.com has a tiny gap between the frame and the glass display in the bottom. Samsung quality control needs to step it up, I kept it as is because I don't want to deal with mailing the phone back and forth and reinstalling all my app/data.

Brand New Galaxy S7 has a defect display. The screen digitizer (not the glass) cracked without dropping. I went without phone for almost 2 weeks, but repair was free as it should be.

Brand New Galaxy S6 has a minor purple tint in white background.

Not sure I can keep supporting samsung, but I like there one hand size/form factor.

same day (or within 2 or 3 days) of paid-in-full status while still on the Sprint network

if used already, but paid already, then 50 days of active service.

Immediately.

You should even be able to order from the number ending in 8777 even if you are not yet on for the 4 months needed for upgrades if you are willing to pay full price.

There are no special restrictions on phones on this plan.

The "eligibility lists" are just descriptive of what phones typically found on other carriers will work on Sprint, that's all.

P.S. Other carrier branded models of Samsung phones cannot be moved to a different carrier for a good part of a year after release, however. So you will have to get the Sprint branded model if you want a branded model which is needed to get every last all Sprint feature.

I went through the whole process online a couple days ago, and finished the port and activation when I got the sim today. I had no issues during the process and the last confirmation page showed the right plan with $0 per month after auto pay (not including tax etc.).

Found my answer in the wiki.

International plan added on one of the five lines with free service for 6 months and $15/month from month seven which was told that will be called and confirmed by end of sixth month by Sprint customer service.

Firmly said that this international plan can be added only on ONE line per account.
