ok matt, so when i'm prepping things... i'll sanitize the carboy like you said, and then sanitize the brewpot with everything i'm going to use soaking in the pot. leave everything sitting in the solution for 30 minutes?

and afterwards i don't need to rinse out with water, correct? just dump the solution out. should i place all the utensils on paper towels?
