We just left State Farm after being with them for about 5 years. The "deeply discounted" rates we were getting after being with them that long were still 33% higher than the competition.

I've always gotten the best prices from State Farm. That's weird. Although I have been with them for 20+ years now.

I've been with them 15 years and our rates keep going down. I haven't shopped around in a while, though. We'll see what happens after this Ike mess is over - I'll probably be looking for new coverage.
