I bought this guitar in early December from Adorama. It arrived damaged with a cracked back, and damage to the neck. I contacted Adorama and they immediately set up a return with a UPS pickup the next day. However, instead of replacing it or refunding me, they left me in limbo while UPS did their own inspection for 3 weeks. Missed giving it as an Xmas gift, took many phone calls to finally get my money back. The magic words were threatening a credit card charge back. Got my money but never got a guitar in the end.

Pretty good prices. But Adorama has burned me with bad service a couple times.

Anyone know how to sign up for these kind of deals from Adorama? I signed up for their email newsletter but don't receive anything regarding musical instruments. I also can't seem to navigate their website deals so I'm assuming these are email only deals.
