I love that cooler at that price. They have cut a few corners with the backplate mounting (no support so it falls down and needs a third hand) and tubing looks cheap, but it runs nicely and is very effective. Works with AM4 fine too. Fan is so-so, some of them are rather loud and noisy, some are quiet. Better fan makes it very good for the price.
I have this exact cooler keeping my Ryzen 1700 @ 4Ghz around ~55c. I could get lower temps, but I was pretty impressed vs my big heatsink that was keeping it around 65-70.
I dont know about coolers, but just wanted to ask a question in case it could be answered by you guys. If i have a medium PC case, its already pretty crowded in there, can i replace the existing fan with this cooler? I mean, does this cooler just plug in the same place where i would take out the existing fan? Just trying to see if i should pull trigger before i start researching if its a simple answer. Thanks in advance.

In most cases you will be able to remove an existing 120mm fan and replace it with this one.

As answered above - it should fit, radiator is just around 2/3" wider than a fan because of a small reservoir on the side, plus you will need two 3/4 pin mobo connectors - one for fan and another one for the pump.

I will be a pain in the ass, it will require the removal of the motherboard, to attach the base. Unless you are really want it, then I would recommend a air cooler, like a N7. These low-end watercoolers, I have one, is not any better than air with proper ventilation.
