my previous/hopefully current employer still owes me $3k in unpaid commissions...though i haven't brought it up since on dissability because i didn't want that to conflict with my dissability payments...once i am off...i am going remind them of it...i have paper proof of it being unpaid

matt u can take em to civil court my brother was fired from abercrombie and they owed him 200$ they neglected to pay his that 200$ costed them over 2000.

not taking them to court unless when i go back they tell me that i have been fired...but i have talked to them every month to check in and as of a month ago i am still employed... and now because its past the 14th of january...i technically am guaranteed the job for another 12 weeks(state law)...unless they fired me prior to the 14th without telling me...
