Also works with Carryout / Takeaway if you use code "FREEAPP"

Go to https://www.bjsrestaurants.com/ to order

https://www.bjsrestaurants.com/fr...zer-coupon (coupon)

There are many $12 appetizers you can get for free essentially making it BOGO but does not work on the Appetizer Combo

Expires 10/07/2018

Used to be my favorite place, but the one in Sugar Land the waiters get worse every time.

The last one I recommended a friend try one of their house beers, the Piranha, so she asked the waitress what kind of beer that was, and the waitress said "I don't drink, so wouldn't know anything about beer". And the drink I wanted they said the tap was broken. Both odd at a brewhouse. Didn't know much about the menu either as I had asked if they had taken the bison burger off the menu as for some reason I didn't see it by the burgers, and her reply was "we only have what's on the menu"... well, it was on the menu on the previous page which I missed, ugh.

OK whatever, so we order, and she and a coworker bring everything at once but forgets two of our drink orders so we remind her and she says "oh sorry I forgot" and ran off before we could ask for pepper and ketchup, and can't be found for ages and it wasn't that busy and we were a reasonably big group of 6 and even my water was empty for ages yet alone my beer. Finally we see the manager walk by and flagged him down, and he said didn't say sorry or anything, but just said "OK" and walked away. 5 mins later, a buddy got annoyed and got up to the bar and asked for our missing drinks and pepepr for the pizza and ketchup for fries and he'd deliver it to the table himself. They convince him to sit go back and they'd take care of it.

Get this, our waitress who we hadn't seen forever brought one of the drinks and ketchup, forgetting the other two items, lmao! Buddy complained to manager after we were done eating as it was a topic of conversation but didn't want it to ruin our meal, and happened to see the manager again and gave him a heads up of the story I just told you. Guess what his reply was. "OK." Well, he said OK I think twice while my buddy was talking, but I just died.

Sad, as that place used to be the best. Previous visit was hilariously bad on waiter too, but I'll skip that and avoid writing a book, lol!

I called them up and got it to apply, even with curb side pickup

Apparently it's a problem with their system/website

had a somewhat similar (bad) experience my first time going, at the tysons/vienna, va location, where it wasn't that busy but the waiter forgot my drink, etc., but someone (presumably a manager) actually changed my (small) tip amount, which i found after it posted to my card. after calling the restaurant to speak with the manager, he said he'd return my call after his shift, but didn't. called again the next day and he finally returned my call the day after—no apology, just that he wasn't sure how it happened, but "corrected" the tip. then, after attempting to reach them via social media, someone from their corporate finally reached out and sent me a $25 courtesy e-gift card. still haven't gone back since, though..

good deal, though! i wonder if they would let me combine with a free pizzookie coupon i got in the snail mail..

They might, but the coupon says it can't be combined with other offers.

Damn, credit card fraud! Even worse! I have a strong feeling the manager didn't give a crap, but probably wouldn't risk legal issues changing tips for waiters, so it was probably the crappy waiter.

Its such a shame, as the food we did get was really great, but all it takes is to get a really crappy manager who hires his friends and relatives as waiters, and voila, a nice place can go to crap in a heart beat.

As with most appetizers in most restaurants, pretty much just a rip off compared with the food/price you pay. So this is mostly just a hook to get you in the door and spend $10+ on an entree.

BJ's does have decent food tho, so fire away.
Wish this had been around yesterday, dined in to use my $10 rewards and got their delicious seared ahi tuna salad.

Wonder if this stacks with any of their daily specials; i.e., $10 Wednesday burgers, Thursday rib specials.

I got the lettuce wraps as the free appetizer, they were slightly more expensive than the salad I paid for.

I would say I will get 3 meals out of it all and that's pretty good value at under $12 total.
