On sale for $27.99. Add the 4k set to cart, select shipping first, and proceed to checkout. As stock permits, it'll give you $1 off at checkout for picking up in store making it $26.99 (if it doesn't work try the same method in mobile site, not app).

We need to pin an FYI somewhere because this gets said in every thread about every 4k disc that is also on Netflix. The quality difference between 4k streaming and a 4k disc is astounding for many people. If you do not see a difference between the two, save your money for something else you will enjoy. This is the same as any other pricier thing that people don't understand, for instance, the difference between a Rolex and a Casio watch. If you don't care about the differences, then do what makes you happy! Everyone is different and it shouldn't be offensive that other people want to spend their money differently than you do.
I have an UHD 4k player and many movies on physical discs that are also available to stream on Netflix. The quality difference is very noticeable to me, so I will continue buying physical media.
Netflix is not free, therefore this is not 'free' on Netflix. However, it might be included with subscription. You're welcome.
Not the same quality though.

Since PE I was straining even to make 1080 BD video quality due to the primitive/experimental cameras being used there is some severe doubt it was ever be 4KUHD -- or that it would look much better than it does now. This isn't one of those 35mm Film deals where there;s hidden quality missing -- some of it was produced on SD cameras due to light issues, I think most was on 720p cameras and some was on 1080i/1080p digital cameras.

Objectively, PE 1 is blown away as pertains to PQ by even Life and any of the 2010+ docs and just just isn't much left to extract according to the Cinematographers involved who have been asked. There may be some small incremental advantage possible with a better encode and some digital upscaling magic a decade later, but any improvement is going to be marginal
