kinda actually okay, consider if you buy DLC on some must-play, and one year of member, worthwhile.

I think that is a holiday bundle for this season. It's basically a regular switch with a MK8 download code in a MK8 bundle box. I doubt if they will stick around after the holidays (assuming they don't seem out beforehand).

Yes they can for the first payment. If you want to use eShop credit for future payments, you have to disable auto-renew and manually renew (set a calendar reminder so you don't forget).
