For example, when I go to print the pace q's. The printer icon even pops up on the bottom but nothing happens and it goes away.
When DS tried to print his report from the laptop it says offline. I even tried using USB to plug in.
I've tried rebooting, unplugging etc.

Plug everything back in/turn on in this order.
Router first. Let it boot up - give it a minute (or first the modem then the router, depending on the setup). Let this all setup for a minute - then plug in any switches (ie: anything that allows you to connect more than one device - if you have one of these, you may not). Then the PC - give it a minute to run through everything. Then the printer.
Try printing.
I just went through this with my friend across the street - her daughter came home from college for spring break and hasn't been able to connect to the wireless network. Just went over there (about 10 minutes ago!) and unplugged, restarted everything - worked like a charm and she's face-booking away! LOL!
Hope that helps. If not, you might need to call your cable company to get the device (forget what it's called) connected to the network if it's a secure network. Good luck!

On a more sad note, I'm done with Target. I had my last bad experience there yesterday when my mother was in town visiting. The Target at the Waterfordlakes shopping center in Orlando has always been rather coupon unfriendly, but this last experience just completely turned me off their store.
I went to get some razors, 2 pledge dusters (TPC for 2.50), and 4 individual cheetos. I hadn't actually had a problem with the 1 coupon per transaction thing as I hadn't used any with that wording yet. My mother buys her 2 packages of razors, the cheetos, and the pledge. The cheetos TQ beeps and the cashier doesn't know what to do so calls over the lead on duty. Whore mouth comes over (lead on duty over there, if you've ever seen her, you know who I'm talking about) and starts harassing my mother and I about only being able to use 1 coupon and how the cheetos coupon is supposed to be used on big bags. I insist there is no size requirement listed on the coupon and therefore I should be able to use it on anything. She eventually relents, but then starts going off about 1 per transaction and how we can't buy more than 1. I said fine, had them take off the other 3 cheetos and my mother's 2nd pledge duster thing, added 1 bag of cheetos and the pledge duster to the razors I was going to buy and then put the other 2 bags of cheetos on the shelf.
The whore mouth flips out and says you can't do that! It's one per transactoin and since you two are together you can't both use one. I try to explain what "transaction" means, and that I have every right to use a coupon on MY purchase. I ask to speak to her manager because I'm pissed, have had issues with her before, and am just tired of it. She calls over another lead, and immediately starts running her mouth to her about how I "always give her grief over my coupons and how much of a pain I am" I was so shocked and insulted I replied with "Well that's because you're always a BITCH." She flips out and radios for security. The head manager runs out, sends whore mouth packing when the situation is explained, and lets me use the 2nd pledge coupon without a problem. Regardless of having actually been able to use the other stupid pledge ocupon, I'm sick of because harassed and treated like a criminal at this store. I'm only going to go back one more time, and that's to get whoremouth's name so I can file a complaint with corporate.
I was so pissed. I've never called anyone who I wasn't friends with an insult like that. I just couldn't believe she started insulting me to another lead! I don't even feel bad about cursing at her. My mom told me after the fact that she was really surprised I didn't say much, much worse and was impressed with my restraint.

I'm not going to piss and moan or whine about it, I will clearly state my complaint so that SOMEONE knows that this employee is not following the basic guidelines of good customer service.
I was horribly harrassed at my closest FL by an evil bitch AM that was clearly just jealous of my shopping ability. I decided to fill out the survey o my receipt and noted her attitude towards me and that until she was no longer an employee at the store or she had a formal apoligie (sp?) for me I would not shop thier store anymore.
While this hurts me probibly more than it hurts them, I am standing my ground. I used to spend a minimum BC $150 a week in that store. That's $600 a month, $4800 a year they will not be getting from my family! If that is a loss they would like to have fine by me
