If you currently have any kind of Saphire personal card that is active, you will NOTqualify for bonus points, even if you are approved.
If you close your Saphire card recently, you will need to wait 48 months from the date you received the previous Saphire bonus before applying to get the new card's bonus points.

95 af is not waived for first year basically previously it was 50k with 95 waived first year now it's 60k with 95 af so pretty much the same
Also I'll get csr rather than csp if you spend 3400+ in travel, dining etc

It is pretty straightforward. When you use your card for ANY travel purchase (like Airbnb, airfare, hotels, Lyft, Uber, parking, some tolls, and many others), you will automatically be reimbursed, until you've spent a total of $300 on travel. In other words, Chase will pay for the first $300 in travel you spend each year with your card.

This is really weird asking copy of ssn. I already had Chase checking account and other chase credit card so I called them and asked why they need it and why I am reluctant faxing it. I am ready to show to banker personally though. He was quite convinced so he ran application again (no hard pull) and it was lucky for me this time. He said, yes, your identity is verified this time but it needs address proof. And this time, I got option for uploading the document that I immediately did. Hopefully, I will get the card.

I got the Reserve in October and love it. Used it for a trip to Europe so was able to get the $300 credit quickly, used it to get into several airport lounges where you get free food, drinks and a nice relaxed setting to wait for your flight. Triple points on all dining spend and got the 50,000 bonus after a month. The other benefits make this a great card if you travel.

I'm already planning to use the points for free flights to Europe next year as my wife got the same card at the same time and we've got the bonuses ready to go.

You are lucky. I have chase checking, savings and other credit card. Still they asked me to send SSN card for verification. I visited branch and they took copy and faxed it to their credit card dept.

Does anyone know if I apply again after my account was closed for inactivity 2 months ago and I had the card previously for atleast 5 years. But just never renewed after my card expired on its own?

if you happen to be a private client, just go into the local PC branch or rep area in a normal chase and have them do it. guaranteed no issues when the chase employee processes it.

I have chase sapphire reserve but I never got the new card bonus on it (didn't spend the required amount in time). If I close CSR account and open a preferred would I get the bonus offer?
