Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprin t.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

For me, other Sprint email addresses and phone numbers would not answer questions about this plan. It may have changed.
The Uber credits arrive via text on the 1st or 2nd of the month. There is one code. When you enter it under Promos, it adds 2 $10 credits to your account. You need to use them on separate trips. I do not believe they are transferable. We will know on April 2nd if people get the credits or not.
You can register for the $30 plan and change it later.
I've been tied to Sprint all of these years for their TAP paging in a rural area (for work).
Then went through pain when it switched to Sprint PCS in 1999 and to CDMA technology. Same number all these years. Still have all kinds of great add ons attached to my line that are almost ridiculous in this day and age (but were gold back in the day when you didn't have unlimited anything and the more minutes you used, the more it cost) like Pick 3, First incoming minute free (then I got the gold standard of free unlimited incoming minutes when the Sprint retention department used to give you stuff when you were going to cancel), free data roaming, loyalty credits, etc.
But I am really thinking of converting to SWAC. Can anyone comment if the $50 version that includes Amazon prime is the full fledged Amazon prime that costs $119 a year? Or is it just a watered down version (like the student one)? TIA
FridayWednesday and received confirmation that they changed one of the lines on my account today.I had previously converted one of my SERO lines to a standard plan (to allow for tethering) half a year ago. I didn't think that line was eligible so I didn't bother trying to change it. But in the confirmation email, they said that line could also be changed if I just replied to the email. I replied and within an hour they confirmed that they changed that line as well.
***** Please be advised your lines are also eligible for the Advantage
Unlimited Premium Plan. *****
Advantage Unlimited Premium Plan includes the following:
• $55 Advantage Unlimited Premium Plan
• Available for new SWAC/EWD family lines and migrations for existing
SWAC/EWD family lines
• $5/mo/line discount with active AutoPay enrollment
• Unlimited Canada/Mexico data roaming
• Streaming Full HD Video
•Includes 100 GB MHS along with Amazon prime,
•Outlook / Lookout Premium Plus
•12 month limited time Uber promotional credit plus existing features
from Advantage Plus.
Also, when I go to "change plan" online, it shows the advantage unlimited premium plan with 12 month uber credits
...and speaking of phones...I know the initial "activation" is free on SWAC...but what about after that? Can you switch between phones at will without having to pay an activation fee each time? You used to be able to on SERO a long time ago, and could do it right from the website simply typing in the ESN for the phone you want active. I did this a few times. Then I guess they started charging for each change...or at least implied it with sneaky wording making it sound like you would be charged, last I looked at doing that (still awhile back).
Seems to me, if they aren't going to subsidize the equipment, they should allow you to switch between devices all you want that you own, aren't blacklisted/other carrier locked, etc.

When does your billing cycle end? Mine is the end of March & hoping they switch it soon.
Might just email the CEO to speed up the process. Also want to take advantage of the free line offer for SWAC accounts before it's too late.

Not sure about cancellation.

Full Prime.
As noted in a previous thread, I can confirm that legacy SERO plans can be converted to SWAC plan. If you've been waiting for Sprint to contact you and have decided that this migration to SWAC would work for you, you can initiate the migration. I've had the SERO 500 plan, for several years and after reading other threads regarding this planned migration to SWAC, decided to contact Sprint.
As suggested in a recent Reddit thread, I sent an email to Sprint's CEO: [email protected] , requesting conversion of my SERO plan to SWAC and within 30 minutes received a follow-up email from Sprint Customer Care advising that my plan was converted to "Advantage Unlimited Plus"; but, was also given the option to upgrade to:
