They have new tiers starting Feb. 2020. I was on 75/5 for $44.95 (best retention offer for existing customers). I called (said cancel to the voice thing at 1-800-xfinity) and retentions switched me to the new "Performance Select" 100/5 tier for $45/mo (1-year contract). Yes, not a deal compared to new customers, but I think that's as good as it gets for existing in my state. ~30% download increase for an extra nickel a month isn't too bad. The next tier, "Performance Pro+" (200/5) was $60 via retentions ($70 on the rate card).
