Costco's deal is not as good as Sam's Club, but Costco is offering a $270 Costco Cash Card if you purchase & activate the new iPhone 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max on AT&T or Verizon.
Additionally, Costco is offering $30 off the retail price. Upgrades are eligible on Verizon - not sure about AT&T. Gift card will receive in 2-3 months by mail. This offer appears to be for the installment plans only, but you can call the carrier to pay it off.

I am not sure when this offer ends - I just purchased one today. There is no link/description of this offer online yet, it just started this morning.

AT&T: New line & trade in may be required - not sure.
Verizon: New line or upgrade, no trade in required.

EDIT: Based on the sheet the rep gave me, it looks like the iPhone 11 Pro & Pro Max only get a $250 gift card. The regular 11 gets $270.

Installments yes, but at least with Verizon you can pay off the phone in full if you call (may have to wait 30 days). Not sure about AT&T, but I can't imagine that they won't let you pay the phone in full if you want to.

Just leaving Costco after trying to take advantage of this deal. My store only had 2 64gb red IP11s in stock. The rep tried to order me the 128gb green one I wanted but ALL IP11 models were listed as out of stock in their system & couldn't be ordered.

Ask a representative how to get this $250 CEX? Maybe some special form to fill out required

Verizon has offer of $500 new line or $200 upgrade for iphone 7 trade in. Can you try Verizon corporate store and see if the will give promo value?

What does it mean in Sprint BOGO that at least one new line required? Is it that only one phone is on contract with Sprint or something else? And it says +250$ with CEX so if I dont have a trade in does it mean I can't avail that offer.

CEX is costco exchange program for trade-in. The associate told me if you trade-in Iphone7 or above, you'll get $250 costco cash card
