Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

No, that is pre owned price. Pre owned is a one time fee, no monthly payment plan needed. The risk is that you get a damaged iPhone 7. Has happened to a few people here on sd.

If you go in the store, you get the iPhone 7 for $50 plus whatever month plan you get plus whatever extra fees those shady boost reps want to add on to your bill.
I bought a pre owned iPhone 7 from Boost mobile website. I didn't activate the phone. Shall I trade in this device at Costco ? Will Boost create any issue since I didn't activate the phone ?

Thanks

Don't see how they can. Just make sure it's reset to the setup screen and you can get the IMEI/serial number from that screen for trade in.

Thank you. I hope there won't be any issue from Boost.

Talking about " if you end up wanting to change your trade-in phone, you can go back to the store at a later time and ask the rep to process the change and print out a new shipping label for you."
Does it matter if we do the change after 11/27/2019?
Thanks

In the Terms shown in the checkout page I see the following. Not sure what that means. Should I activate with a month of service just to be on the safe side? Have anyone traded in a Boost phone without Activation before? Thanks.

Any limitations On How I Use My Device?
If you get a Device from Boost or a Boost authorized retailer without paying full price (MSRP) for the Device, you agree not to resell or trade in, or participate or profit in the resale or trade in, of the Device to a third party until you have met all your financial and contractual obligations to us. If you do this without meeting your obligations, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including charging you for the difference between the Device's full price and the price you paid for it, and seeking recovery of related damages. If you have a separate agreement with Boost to acquire, purchase, or lease a Device, any restrictions on resale in that agreement will also apply, so please refer to the terms of any such agreement to understand your rights to resell your Device.

We have a One for business account. Has anybody been able to successfully do a new account? The rep at Costco said they couldn't do business accounts. Should I try to find somebody more knowledgeable?

Read the wiki
wiki says 4 redemptions per account..
but it does not say if those 4 are combination of both 580 and 700 offers..
or individual making it 4+4 = 8 per account?

If you have different reading there...tell me please

can someone please help me out, I added a line yesterday for $700 rebate. the costco person told me my rebate already submitted by her, I don't need to do anything but to ship the trade in phone. How do I check if she really did that. because I used to submit 4 rebate for $580 promotion, I just login in, only see 4 pending. I could not see the $700 submission. thanks in advance

Ask T-Mobile Help via Twitter. Better to get this info in writing from them before you attempt it. Just in case it doesn't work. Not sure any answer from anyone here will help you.

I asked them for the return labels and they said it would be done during the rebate process online. i know, i know, i know... like i said, get a competent rep. Mine was sooo bad. I did call the rebate center and they noted my account of everything. Im not really worried, i have a business account with over 15 lines... and have been with them well over 5 years. I dont think they want to have me leave. ..... but you never know.
The rep we got said they couldn't access business accounts. Is that normal?

Thanks. Too bad that I used my regular CC already. I will remember to use the Virtual CC hereafter.

I was just able to submit the imei rebate form at t-mobile.com/promotions. Also got a confirmation text saying "Thank you for your submission to Costco 2019 Save on iPhones Promotion. We will review your submission and verify your eligibility. General processing time is 6 – 8 weeks. To track status, go to www.t-mo.co/rebates using tracking ID XXXXXXXXXXX"
Did costco tell you that you did not have to submit it, and they already did that for you. that is what makes me confused. since I used to submit by taking the picture of invoice and screenshot
