Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Any one has any luck with Boost pre-owned iphone 7 ? My local has for $20 compare to new $50 with switched and port in ? Any suggestion pre-owned vs New for this deal ? Thanks.

Just ask the rep to see the condition of the used one. You're saving $30, up to you. I bought used in store before, they looked the same as a refurb Apple iPhone.
Yep, just ask to look at the used one before you decide.

If it looks good, save yourself $30.

Did you trade in a boost iphone anytime during this deal or earlier $580 ? I was told that boost mobile IMEI shows as not paid off. One of the terms in this deal is that trade in phone has to be paid off and owned by you.

Anyone had done this successfully with a boost mobile ? I mean trade in verified by assurant and account credit applied for the trade in phone ?

I'd like to know this too. We know the phone has to be paid off before trade in, but if you buy a used/pre-owned phone how can you tell if it's been paid off? If the IMEI number is good (checked through swappa), is that all we need to check?

Yes. I used two boost phones that I bought a few months ago. One was clear and the other gave me that same error message. I sent them out, will see what happens.

Is there any restrictions on the rebate name/address vs account name/address must be same? Joined a friends account and submitting the rebate and would like to know if any risk.
