The specs on this are insane for the price. The next closest laptop that doesn't weigh 10 pounds is the MSI GE75 Raider-655 which costs $3100. You can save another $25 if you dont get the RGB keyboard and $200 if you get the 6 core i-7.
It has been confirmed by multiple sources that this is the 150W full version of the RTX 2080. 6.5 lbs, about 1in thick. Supposedly the power brick is pretty massive though.

Good to know. This will be my first purchase from HP. Hoping for a better experience. Costco will always be my number 1 for laptops, but they dont have anything with these specs, at any price.

I would rather trust a ASUS ROG G703 (better thermal) but this HP Omen is a good price.
