I have heard occasional horror story of accounts getting suspended for misuse.
I think sometimes people return the purchased disc making the code invalid.
YMMV, hopefully someone with more expertise can weigh in but I've heard to avoid that type of code.

Terms of Service? Vudu is requiring your email you redeem Instawatch to match your Walmart.com email. No longer should you purchase from 3rd parties or share codes with friends/family
Confused how that matching system would work, only applicable to online purchase? Presumably in store purchases/receipts are not affiliated with an email account.
