I worked at Depot briefly. A customer told me he used these, but also used Liquid Nail to help for extra adhesive.
Can you stick these in rentals, do they peel off easy or will they mess up the wall?

No experience but I was considering it as well, my biggest hesitation is that it doesn't recommend installing on an "oily wall [homedepot-static.com]" and I would plan to put this along the wall behind my stove which sometimes gets a bit oily
