- Regular purchases in the store AFTER the phone has officially launched

Yes, tiny text looks poorer due to the lower resolution and noticeable coming from a s8 through s20. Make sure you are happy with such a screen.

For someone who needs a phone right now - that might be a good deal. Especially if the new line you are adding will be used by someone.
I for one don't need a new phone right now since we got S10 earlier this year and don't plan to upgrade them any time soon (actually have an extra brand new S10 sitting around).
And I have an extra line I recently got for free which I won't need for another several years at least.
And I have an old S7 that I don't need at all and would be happy to trade it in for $500.
But even then, paying $200 (plus taxes on $700 ??) doesn't make much sense to me since I won't need that phone at all.
But if I could use $200 hookup code to make it free (or just taxes??) - would be a no brainer.
Still trying to figure out if the hookup code could be used since it expires in 5 days and the S20 FE will be shipped after that.
Any fixes?

I know that buying the phone is not SUPPOSED to mess up the plan, either, but I'm always scared it will (especially if I do it in store), but for nearly free to jump to an S20 by using an S7 that is probably worth $50 seems like a pretty good deal. I just don't want to nuke my plan.
