Im not an expert but this Monitor has a 5 ms response rate and 60 hz. ...not sure if 200 is a fair value. Seems highly inflated.
I think that's the same monitor for $164 with no promos.
It's a promotional thing, so I would assume it would work fine but the chances of an amex rep being able to answer that are real low.

With that being said, the price from Dell is definitely inflated. BB has it for $160 now
The model best buy is selling for $160 is the P2419H . This one is U2419H and this is definitely a good price
