Good deal I have the 6x which is slightly larger. The capabilities are limitless. Native GPS in watch, mp3, insane battery life. Sapphire is a must it just doesn't scratch.

Absolutely awesome watch. I have the 6 sapphire and it is great. Love the color of the titanium.

I appreciate good glass on my watches, but a watch that will be technologically obsolete in two or three years, I'd rather have a few scratches and the money to buy the newest tech. If this is in your budget, then of course that point is moot.

I am struggling with this now. I have a 4 year old watch that's obsolete, buying this then spending $699 again in another 3-4 years is hard to swallow.

Why would it be obsolete in two or three years?

Not sure but I guess @michi098 means that Garmin will come up with newer models which will have newer features in 2-3 years

Garmin just introduced CIQ 4, which is incompatible with this model. Just more of an fyi than a statement of doom

I had a Titanium 5, and never again. The bezel is so soft it scratches and discolors, and the only time it looks great is the day you get it. I now have the steel 6 and it still looks like the day I bought it.

Tried Googling this. Nothing came up. Why wouldn't latest connect iq not work with their latest watches? Lol

edit: seems there is guidance provided by Garmin during a recent developer conference. CIQ 4 will be released in 2021 and so far no
devices are yet compatible. guess I'll hold off upgrading my garmin

The point is moot, not mute.
