Apparently, what I have said above is not true. I stand corrected.
And who knows? Maybe some people who pre-ordered early (e.g., October) are starting to receive the production batches now. I don't know for sure, though.

I received my code for the free v3 cam within 60 seconds or less of the email with the credit in it.
I have a totally different problem if anyone has any idea why...?
I placed the order for the CamPlus and it went through just fine and then like a minute later when I went to place the order for the free v3 camera and the website would not accept the very same credit card for the order that I just used a minute before with no issues. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? I know the card is fine but just to make sure I contacted Wyze support and they had me try another card which did the exact same thing?? The guy helping me couldn't figure out what is going on and he tried for an hour to get it sorted out to no avail. Anyone have any ideas or having the same problem???
Oh and also I don't even own any Wyze cameras yet, so yes I am a new customer.
I activated mine in the app today and the renewal date is 12-4-2021.
