Not trying to throw this off topic. I was just checking what my plan was. I remember it used to say Simple Choice North America. Now it has change to Simple Choice North America Family Promo. Now I'm limited to 10 GB of 4g LTE per line and data can row over. When did this change and who changed it? I remember it was unlimited everything and it never said that.
Same here and thus, when they ADDED the word "PROMO" to my plan, I don't qualify for any of the new free lines thus far.

How do you find out if a plan is eligible? Do you have to call them?

Unfortunately we are stuck. You lose all free lines when moving to magenta!
I am on simple choice with 4 paid and 1 free. 1 more free was added 6 months ago adn someone called back to deny it. And said it will be free for only 6 months. Last time also they said i al not eligible for another free and have to switch to magenta plan.

Yeah, trying for that one, but they keep trying to push me to a Magenta one. Also unsure about the promotions, as I've not had good success with promotions not getting messed up.
Yea. You just have to keep trying with different reps. The promotions can be transferred over too. Don't let them tell you otherwise. I had the all in promo plan and was able to have all benefits transferred to new plan and also to free lines.

They tried to get me to the Magenta plan. But, from all the great info from slickdeals, I found that I had to ask for a specific plan - FRLTULF2. Then it was just finding a willing rep through T-force.
i was using the old deal list - but based on that list - i am not eligible - hopefully they add it

It all depends on the soc code. I have the unlimited with 14gb hot spot plan and I don't qualify. My sister has the free data w/4 GB playing she qualifies and my in-laws have unlimited with 7gb hot spot plates and they also qualify. Your soc mighty not qualify and because you were give wrong info they just gave you credits for 6 months.

Is that rate code the best one to replace LTULFM2? I think that is the SOC I have now.

I am not sure what plan that is. But, for me, switching to FRLTULF2 has been beneficial. Bill was lower surprisingly when factoring - kickback, hookup, and no longer coming out of pocket for the full cost of Netflix.
