What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

They asked me for the Esim number and I went into settings about and gave them EID but they say it's in use. They think my iPhone is using the physical sim since when the phone comes from tmobile it comes with the physical sim but where is the Esim number?

Just like all of the past three free lines this year, you can add a line however you want. If your account qualifies, the free line will be automatically picked up in the T-Mobile system. This means you can do an online chat, call, go in-store, etc. If you do add the line yourself online, the discount is not reflected at checkout; it will show up in your account after a # is assigned to the line and the sim card ships out. If you call or chat or add a line in-store, those reps are just adding a regular line also; it's not like they have a special box to click to "add a free line".

Everyone is talking about the Costco BYOD promo which looks like it won't work. However did anyone try going with the Buy 2 Samsungs get $810 off promo from Costco?

One of the requirements is to add a line so I was wondering if I can just walk into Costco and request to add a line to my account (already confirmed my SOC is eligible) and walk out with 2 Samsungs and get a $810 rebate and $100 Costco card.
