Why can't we add this free line at Costco for $200 as last time? It's just adding a line as normal then what's the reason can't stack with $200 Byod? Which is the doc that says this?

They charge $10 bucks plus tax usually but they sent me one for free!

I called 611 and a rep was able to help me add a line with no problem. I just had to pay $10 for the sim card and it will be here in a few days. SOC code: FRLTULF2.

I called Costco and they said they give the sim for free, but they wouldn't say what promos they have on the phone.

T-mobile ONE All-in Promo FRLTUL2LP is not eligible again Frown
It never will be. That SOC is capped at 2. I had the same issue and made them change mine to FRLTULF2. Now I get the free lines.

Hello, don't want anyone who had Nov's free line 3 on us to be alarmed and if possible, I'd advise to wait before adding this 12/20 free line. Why? I had "combined Line on Us 2" back in Sept. The system dropped it off twice about 24h later, after having told by reps that it would stay. I see that those who got 12/20 promo shows the same "combined Line on Us 3" like mine did back in late Sept (Line on Us 2 combined x$).

UNLESS they fix the system today, in my experience if you cannot have 2 of the same named Promo. Proof for my "combined Line on Us 2" back in Sept -- which dropped off again and again. System will not allow same named promos. I hope this is not the case for 12/20 free line b/c I myself would like to add another free line of course.

Please report back if your 12/20 "combined Line on Us 3" promo sticks in the next 48hrs.

I think yours didn't stick because you added 2 lines on the same promo line on us 2.

Anyone know the maximum number of lines for T-mobile ONE? I have 8, one of which is the FREE LINE ON US from before. When I try to add a line, I get the message that it's time to upgrade my plan to Magenta at a cost of $100 more.

I have the old T-Mobile One. I have a total of 8 voice lines with 2 tablets and 1 watch. I've taken advantage of every single free line promo except for the one from September 2020. I tried calling into T-Mobile and they are saying I don't qualify since I would be over the 8 lines. Is anyone else having this issue when they are going from the 8th to 9th voice line? I am also still waiting to hear back from T-Force.

thanks! just added a line online and hopefully, $20 for the line will get waived off. I can see that my SOC is valid.
