My plan is never eligible

Has anyone tried using the free line with eSIM to add a second line to their existing phone that can support it?

I guess that's a happy scenario, but difficult for TM to enforce. I guess is that and I hope I am wrong, but easy way to enforce by TM is to exclude any lines added from Costco from free line promo.

TF is saying it won't work.

Dang it.

Went to Costco for nothing.

If you want the free line just don't submit for the rebate and I think you'll be fine.

If you submit the rebate you will un-enroll yourself for the free line.

Shouldn't the free line remain and the rebate be denied?

Nope.
Are you saying under normal circumstances (none of this free line stuff) that you can't port out a tmob number to Try visible for 1 month and then you can't port back in? I somehow have a hard time believing that tmob wouldn't want you back over some random restriction.

Also fyi, it doesn't state in the terms anywhere that the number has to a new to T-Mobile number. It just says you can't have a cancelled line in the past 90 days.

so looks like for this promo it's just doubling up the discount on 2020 free line on us 3 and not showing up as 2020 Free Line on us 4...this is what I am afraid of...people are reporting that when this happened for them last round of promo the discount dropped off after few days on the newly added line..guess I will just pass the free line this time around

Pixel 4a 5g 50% off is eligible it seems. As per tforce.
Can you share how this works? I'm on a legacy Simple Choice plan. My SOC is supposedly eligible, but I'm not sure how to make all this happen, esp with purchase of a phone. Any help greatly appreciated!

from what I have been reading people get kicked out of this promo after 24-48 hours and not immediately...so it's hard to tell now whether this will stick or not
