What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

My SOC was never the issue, but I have Tmobile One 4-8 lines (don't remember the soc but no question I'm qualified).

I'm question why 12/20 free line promo NAME is the same name as 11/25 free line promo (2020 Line on Us 3). No one has shown screen shot of their account 12/20 free line promo as "Line on Us 4" yet so it's either system glitch or something is going on.

I'm hoping and everyone will eventually see their "Line on Us 3 doubled" ==> "Line on Us 3" and Line on Us 4" then I'll jump on this free line in a heart beat.

Email the ceo office at [email protected]. They will be able to fix your other free lines. Some representative don't like doing the extra work when moving lines over and keeping everything the same.

If you're doing a BYOD, they need to confirm that your device is compatible with T-Mobile. They enter the IMEI and the system will confirm before proceeding to the next step.

I called the phone number listed on the REDBOX1 promo. The rep was very confident that the $150 Visa card promo would stack on the free-line-on-us promo. He was ready to add that line for me but I declined and told him I'd like to wait until Monday.

Anyone has any experience applying the Redbox1 promo on the previous add-a-line free ?
