What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

If you care about keeping your 3rd paid line phone number then it requires 1 year (no more add a free line b/t now and 1 year or your 1 year period will reset) and 3 months to port out to Google or ATT or wherever and port back into Tmobile on any free line. If you don't care about keeping 3rd line phone numbers then on 366 day you can call Tmobile to remove that 3rd paid line (again do not add any future promos such as free line on us and you will reset your 1 year or 1 year and 90 days clock

I am a bit suspect they added kickback I've tried for months and it can't be added within their system even when they tried

If you had your paid lines previous to 2018 the way to get the kickback to work would be to switch your primary number to the free line and not use the paid line that way you get the kickback... Kickback won't work on the free lines

I just got majorly shut down through FB. I'm on one plus 8 line plan with several free lines hookup and kickback on several lines. Was told i had to switch to magenta and lose 2 of my free lines and one plus promo.

When folks try again do you use another method or just literally use the same method and ask again?

I think, they can still add it if you try and try and get lucky, but see no point on adding that on free lines.

I have a Tmobile one plan. I communicated with two agents. One on the phone and the second on a chat. I was told that my current plan is not eligible for the free line promo. I was advised to switch to Magenta plan however, I would lose my discounts on the kickback and the 20% discount on us promo as well.

I have 4 lines and was able to get 1 added for free can I now close one of the other that I pay 30 a month for? And technically have 3 that I pay for and then this free one?
