So I just got the free new line and the free Samsung Galaxy A71.
I asked him to confirm the free line worked with the free phone twice. He said of course and that the bill would reflect credits for both the phone and the new line next month.

Am I screwed or did I actually get that to stack?

Does it mean if you did thr Costco BYOD $200 offer last time you are actually not going to also get the $100 rebate from T-Mobile?

I just noticed the line I added on thanksgiving was coded as line on us 3. So I tried to add another line hoping I can get this line on us 4. However towards the end it says my due today is $NAN and this added line will cost $NAN. I know it means not a number. But why is it showing that?

It says in the OP that these cannot be stacked together. Good luck dealing with T-Mobile when your credits become invalidated.

Yea, you're screwed. Prepare to return that phone, it absolutely does not stack, confirmed by many T-Mobile employees on Reddit.

No. You are maxed out at 10 voice lines. The 5 lines the rep must be confusing is MI lines.
She said I can add 5 more voice lines and 20 internet/table lines. Dont want to risk changing plan so i didn't take the offer until i confirm with another rep. Thanks thougn

Ah well, the phone is being overnighted. I'll keep it sealed and ready to ship back.

Once the next bill comes in I'll just go over it and talk to them about keeping only the Line on Us promo rather than the device promo if it looks incorrect.

Since the Costco BYOD offer now appears to be off the table for this free line deal, I am not sure if it is even worth it for me to add another free line since there are no decent stackable promos involved.

I already have 3 active free lines that I do not really use. I added them via previous promos only because they were money makers due to stackable rebates or free phones.

Since there are no stackable rebates or free phones this time around, I may just pass on the current free line deal to keep another slot open for future deals that may be more lucrative.

Decisions, decisions...

When did you change? I have same FRLTULF2 SOC, and this was 8th line; but may preemptively change the plan, once they are no so busy. Does all of your promos and stuff carried over? Also, did you tell them explicitly that move me to TIULFM9? I have AAL, Kickbacks, One plus promos and three free lines this year (Sept, Nov, Dec 2020).
I was on the same plan FRLTULF2. Changed it to TIULFM9 yesterday and also added the free line. Got everything done via T-force.

Almost all the discounts are there in my account now. Only the 2020 line on us 3 and the new free line don't show. AAL, Kickbacks, one plus promos - all are good and working.

I explicitly asked for TIULFM9, and the rep said that was the right one and changed it over to that plan.

My plan total is showing a slightly lesser amount than the 8 line plan I had.

This worked for me! I have a plan that originally came with a 3rd line free, then in the spring they offered another "Line on Us", which gave us 4 lines and with this promo, we know have 5 lines and are only paying for 2 and we get free Netflix and some other services. This year we also got an Apple Watch SE for $199 and an iPhone 12 Pro for about half off. T-mobile is doing what they can to lock me in for life!! 2020 has been a dumpster fire, but I appreciate T-mobile looking out for EXISTING customers and not just making all of their deals for new customers.
