I have a new sim card. I see the only way to have that activated right away, is to call them and have that activated on the new FRE line. If I call them to activate the SIM Card, would they charge me the $20 assistance fee? Or whatever they call it?

If that is the case, I rather pay for the $10 and do it online myself, thanks

Yes, it starts at $310 for the 9 line plan. When all the discounts are applied, it will drop back to the same as 8 line plan. That's what has happened to my account so far.
Mine stays at 214 not the 201 I was paying for the Tmobile one plan as the magenta charges more for Netflix and the 9th line isn't free just discounted

Those Sprint guys lied to me about a free line. Never again! They say free and then charge you for it.

I never was able to do online. its always shows due to day$10 and monthly either 20 or 30 depends on plan.

I was on the same plan FRLTULF2. Changed it to TIULFM9 yesterday and also added the free line. Got everything done via T-force.

Almost all the discounts are there in my account now. Only the 2020 line on us 3 and the new free line don't show. AAL, Kickbacks, one plus promos - all are good and working.

I explicitly asked for TIULFM9, and the rep said that was the right one and changed it over to that plan.

My plan total is showing a slightly lesser amount than the 8 line plan I had.
Great, where did you contact them, Twitter, App etc?

Anyone know about the taxes and fees? I'm assuming it's not included. So the upcoming monthly bills will increase. Is this correct?

It is a glitch in their system. The 8 line plan stacks the discounts correctly, while the 9-12 line plan does it from the last line. Not only that, it discounts all lines at $30. That's different from the plan breakdown. Hence, most people will see big drops in the plan total. Don't know if it will stick though. Have to wait until the new bill generates.

This is the plan breakdown for 9 lines+

$75+$55+$25+$25+$25+$25+$25+$25 (8 Lines) = $280 Before autopay
$280 - $40 = $240 after autopay

$280 (8 Lines) + $30 (9th Line) = $310 for 9 Lines before autopay
$310 - $40 = $270 after autopay for 9 lines.

So, the discount for 9th line should be $30, and $20 for lines 1-8. Instead the 9 line plan shows a discount of $30 for all free lines. That is why you are seeing a big drop in your plan total.
thanks for the math, now i know why my monthly drop $10. Smilie
1 free line and monthly bill drop $10; Win-Win

$20 Assistance Fee + $10 Sim Card but you can ask them nicely to waive it.

Anyone knows if one of these free lines can be used for SyncUp Drive? SyncUp drive SOC probably would need to be added to the free line but will the line still be free then?

Has anyone had success in getting T-Force to go back and apply a prior "On us" free line?

I was able to get offer 3 and 4 but I missed the first 2, and would love to be able to get 1 more free line.

Just figured I'd ask here before I tried with T-Force.

No big deal if not, I'll just wait and hope T-Mobile offers another free line sometime in 2021 Smilie

Thanks for the link! Which tmobile family plan do you have? Those 2 soc codes are for the old 6gb data stash plans that cost $20 to add a line. I have the SCFUTT6 plan which cost only $10 to add a line. If I have to change plans to be able to use your soc code for unlimited data, my bill would go up an additional total of $30.
same SOC as yours, if you can find the right person to do it, you won't need to change your plan, and the lines you're paying for data can be changed to the free SOC as well.

What is your SOC? All your lines got bumped to unlimited?
See above and yes.

Which plans in this spreadsheet are compatible with soc statewide international family plan for $10. I want to switch from my current plan SCUTTF4 to some other simple choice that allows statewide international plan for $10. Help please. I have only 4GB free per each line. want to have unlimited on all lines. Paying extra $20 per line for two lines now. My bill costs around $165 for 4 lines two with unlimited and statewide family international. Don't want to loose statewide family international. I am never getting these free lines. 17 year Tmobile customer
I don't think you have to change your plan, but you could see if they can change your plan to SCUTTF6. Keep in mind that is a legacy plan so you need to find someone who knows what they're doing and willing to help. Everything in your current plan should stick. But, the UNL SOC should be applicable to your current plan also, see my post above.

I have SCFUTT6 with 2.5gb data on each line. Which SOC code did you use to bump unlimited data on all of your lines?

I have called 611 multiple times and they told me SCUNL2HHS - LINE-LEVEL SOC for unlimited is expired on 2016 and they can't add it anymore.

I looked at google doc link you posted (code at line 78 and 122). Was this the soc code you used on your SC plan?

Add-on 6SFMGGBB $0Unlimited High-Speed Included w/ 6GB Mobile Hotspot

Thanks much
try texting 611 instead of calling. International support seems to be more helpful but I've also had good luck with some east coast and west coast US based reps. There are different levels of techs (as far as I know) those who are veterans have more knowledge on how to do/change things. As for the SOC to use, I posted 78/122 because as far as I can tell, either or both can be used, so ask them to try one and if it doesn't work, ask them to try another.
Quote from steveballamor :
That should be SCFUTT6 which is compatiable with Fam Stateside Intl wMob Promo $10.
Lines 6-10 - $120 – SOC: SCFUTT6 / SC FAM UNL TT+D 6 lines incl.
AAL lines 7-10 - $10 AAL - ADDLINE20 / Family Unl TT+D AddALine

I had the same 4 lines SC old plan and couldn't add free line during last promo. Nice rep was able to put me on 6-10 lines SC with same fam stateside promo.

Now the problem is I couldn't able to find anyone who can upgrade data on these old SC lines to unlimited.

if you know then let me know. Thanks
see my post above, even with a nice rep, if they don't have the capability, they may not be able to do it. But they can always ask a lead or supervisor for help. Problem is that sometimes the lead is not necessarily a more seasoned employee.
Quote from vad005 :
I am in the same boat..I have SOC FUTTVN..5 lines 2 paid and 3 free with 2GB Free Data + $10 Family Stateside International Plan-15% Govt Discount ..I pay $20 extra on one of the lines for unlimited data..only thing I wish for is different with my plan is get more data..I am not willing to let go of the $10 Family Stateside International calling feature..you think I will be able to switch to SCFUTT6 and get more data keeping rest same?
I am not familiar with your SOC, but I have very similar add-ons as you on my Simple Choice plan, so if data is all you want, then try having them apply the SOCs I specified in the spreadsheet and if they say it's not compatible, ask them if they can bump you to the Simple Choice SOC and then try. That might be tough since you're looking at all grandfathered options. BUT with the right rep it can be done.

----
Here are some pointers and notes. I am not the author of the spreadsheet, I found it either here or on reddit or Jmans Discord, can't remember. The first time I had tried someone to apply SOC from the list, I got denied (several months ago). I didn't start out by asking to have the SOC applied. The most important thing is that it CAN be done. Have patience, don't get frustrated and if it doesn't seem to be working with the rep you have, let it go and try another day or on a different platform.

I think over the past 10+ years as a customer, I've had at least 3 reps that I know went above and beyond, were knowledgeable and helped me out. Good luck to you all, and hopefully you guys can get the data upgraded for yourselves as well!
