Depends on your current plan.

My current plan is Magenta so I don't have to pay taxes.
If you have Essential plan, then you have to pay taxes.

It is $270 with autopay before any other discounts:

$70 + $50 + $20 + $20 + $20 + $20 + $20 + $20 + $30 = $270
I am confused with this one too. I have the same setup with 9 lines on a 9-12 one plan and they just switched me last months when i went to 9 lines. They have all these different discounts now and on my account page it says $120 a month only after discounts. I have no idea but I'm holding my breath because my billing cycle just ended for the bill to drop. I hope they played around with it so much it remains at 120, but that never happens!

After a lot of unsuccessful attempts with my 2/$100 One Plus Promo (SOC FRLTUL2LP) plan in the past, I finally got a rep who can switch me to the 2/$120 One plan (SOC FRLTULF2) and move over my promo features and then be eligible for a free line (and more in the future). Hopefully that works.

Me: Oh wow. This is great. So to confirm:
We move my plan from the One Plus Promo to the One plan with SOC FRLTULF2 and move over kickback, HD streaming, 10 GB hotspot and twice the international speed (up to 256kbps). I can then add a 3rd free line under the current 2020 Line On Us 4 promotion and I would then be able to move my TMO Connect number to that line. Is that all correct?

T-Force: That is all correct! I can go ahead and get the plan changed now and then we can place the new line order from there! Sound good?

I don't need to get a new phone, right, just a new line, can that new line be used or just sit unused without being cancelled?
Right. you don't need a phone and can sit unused.

I paid 10$ sim charge. They waived 20 $ activation fee. My sim was shipped and the line activated with a phone number. But the line shows in my account as SC 6gb plan already, but it shows $15 charge for data against it. No promo listed for the line. I am assuming it will kick in in a day or two. Let us see.

Just want to share my experience. I have Magenta 2 with 2 free lines on iPhones.

On my iPhone 12 Pro, I changed SIM # to the built-in eSIM on my iphone and then activated the free line on the current SIM card. So now my iphone have two active lines and if ever I decide to separate them, I just move the SIM (new free line) to another phone. No need to pay extra $10 to a new SIM.

This only works if your phone have an eSIM and can handle two lines.

Just got back from Costco .... and Costco is giving $100 shop card with this exact promo. I just added a line at Costco.

He said you can also stack this up with iphone SE 50% off deal (not on restricted promo list).

Good Luck!

So the SIM card can be re-used? How did you add the new free line without getting charged for the $10 SIM card fee?

The SOC you got applied for bump unlimited data was sweet! Do you remember by chance which add-on SOC you asked them to apply to bump unlimited data?

Another option is if you can take a look at Inspect page when you login to your T-Mobile account. It should show all the SOC for your account and Add-On SOC.
6SFMGGBB, but I didn't ask for it specifically. More like if my rate plan qualifies for free data add on that was offered to some Simple Choice plans a while back. Good luck!

Hi, I just switched to NAFUTT4 today from 10SCFM4. How could I take advantage of the current free add-a-line promo? Do I just log in to my T-mobile account and add a line and it will be automatically free? Do i need to wait some days before i can add a line for free? Thank you in advance.
