Can someone help me with the plan breakdown for the 9-12 TMobile One plan?

The base is 9 lines for $270 before discounts correct or do I have something wrong?

Thanks everyone!!!!!
This is the plan breakdown for 9 lines+

$75+$55+$25+$25+$25+$25+$25+$25 (8 Lines) = $280 Before autopay
$280 - $40 = $240 after autopay

$280 (8 Lines) + $30 (9th Line) = $310 for 9 Lines before autopay
$310 - $40 = $270 after autopay for 9 lines.

So, the discount for 9th line should be $30, and $20 for lines 1-8. Instead the 9 line plan shows a discount of $30 for all free lines. That is why you are seeing a big drop in your plan total.

Does your Account History shows the new line is $0.0? Something like this:

New line xxx-xxx-xxxx was added to your account on xx/xx/2020 at xx:xx PM . This line is on the T-Mobile ONE plan for $0.0 per month plus taxes and fees.
Yep, that's the one, $0.00 per month plus taxes and fees.

it can be done, good luck (see attachment)
Do you know by chance when it was added to your account. This year or last year?

Tried texting 611, told me both SOC codes are expired and no longer can be added.

I'm currently paying $100 for 2 lines. I just called T-Mobile this morning if I was eligible for a 3rd free. I was told "YES." I was asked for my credit to pay $10 for the SIM card. Now, I've just check my account and my monthly is no longer $100 but $140. 3rd line doesn't look like free to me.

Question for any experts out here. I tried adding a line to my T-Mobile One plan Today bringing me to line 9. I was on the 8 line plan before.

I had This Ones On Us (AAL) on my plan before the change. It disappeared. Now I'm hearing This Ones on Us is not compatible with the 9 line plan. Anyone on a 9 to 12 plan with This Ones on Us working for them?
This requires a plan change, and you should do that via T-force. Don't try that on your own.

I converted my 8 lines to 9 yesterday without adding the 9th line. This morning I test adding a new line online it shows the base cost of $310 + $10 sim. I added a line at Costco, the new number show but nothing in my activities nor promotion added/changed. I tried to add a line again, it shows the $30 monthly cost.

Did you have any free lines prior to this deal? I have 2 free lines- 1 free line from 2019 black Friday and 1 free line from I believe this past June or july.
Ironically, last week I had jusy called t-mobile to up the data from 2.5 GB to 4 GB for the July line. It was probably my third time calling since June/July activation line to get them to increase it. Required a supervisor to do it. Had I known about the unlimited, I would've done that instead...
I had called 10 times probably to bump from 2.5gb. Even supervisor were checking soc code and told me they are getting invalid code. which code they used for 4GB.

I am confused with this one too. I have the same setup with 9 lines on a 9-12 one plan and they just switched me last months when i went to 9 lines. They have all these different discounts now and on my account page it says $120 a month only after discounts. I have no idea but I'm holding my breath because my billing cycle just ended for the bill to drop. I hope they played around with it so much it remains at 120, but that never happens!

I called customer service at 3 am ET and this beautiful girl from the Philippines answered the call. Hi I would like to add a line on my account, I said. Oh do you want to get the free line, she asked.
Oh you already know, yes, please. She laughed and said yes I do know the fourth line on us promo and I'm adding it to your account. By the way, do you use hotspot or tethering on your account she asked, Oh no I don't use it and I don't really need it, then I can lower your bill by changing your plan to regular magenta she said.
Oh cool thank you. Ammm do you know anything about the insider discount? Some customers have this promo which give them 20% discount on their bill?
Well, that promo expired but don't worry I will see what I can do for you, .....She smiled. After few minutes she come back and said good news I was able to give you the 20% discount as well.
Oh waaw that's fantastic.
Can you provide screenshot of cost details? What does hookup show as? Will the 20% be added in future?

That's normal. Total will increase but you'll get credit to offset it.

Added the line at Costco, I didn't want the BYOD rebate but the rep still gave me the paperwork. I don't know if I should submit or not...
