Sigh. 0 for 3, trying both T-force on twitter and 611. I'm on the TMO ONE All In Promo plan (FRLTUL2LP) and trying to move to the Tmo One with Netflix (FRLTULF2), and keep all my add-ons. Closest was 611, overseas, but she was trying to move me to Magenta and said that even with FRLTULF2, she couldn't move my kickback over, as it was only for my original plan.
Does anyone know where to find these competent Tmo reps who can make the switch and keep everything intact? Reddit? I know I only tried 3 times so far, but my friend was able to do it, and the last time, the queue time was an hour before I could speak to a rep.
Keep trying. It took me 3 or 4 times to find one who knew what they were doing through chat to get me off 2LP. the lady who finally was successful thanked me for knowing the actually SOC I wanted to move to. I do seem to have better luck chatting with 611 than through the website.

You can try through Twitter, response time is a little slow but they fixed my new line I just added Tuesday that wasn't showing my TMO All In One Plus Promo from my other lines and were able to get it to show up last night lickety split. Also added Kickback from my other lines without me asking, although it's a free line so it don't matter.

Not sure, but Op has insider information and has document what is stackable and what is not. Folks trying to stack free line w One Plus 8 phones are taking a chance. Free line may convert to paid line. We will find out in a month when those who got the One Plus 8 will be back posting their stories. It will be thrilling to hear the rants then lol

Yes. My November free line and my December free line have Kickback activated just like my three paid lines. Originally my third paid line didn't have Kickback and All In One Plus Promo like my first tow lines on it so when I did the free line in November I asked if they could change my third line to match. They were able to get my third line on the same Add-Ons as my first two lines minus the free Scam Shield which I just noticed. I then asked them to mirror the free line to my other lines so they all share the same Add-Ons and they did, including Kickback. For the November one I did have to chat back again on Kickback since it still didn't show up but they were able to eventually do it. Wasn't really thinking at the time of Kickback on a no charge line means nothing anyway.

When I did the December Line I asked the same, mirror it to my other lines on Tuesday. Yesterday I noticed they were not matching yet so I contacted them on Twitter and the guy fixed it right away and said Kickback would be added momentarily as well ( I never mentioned Kickback to him figuring free line if won't change anything just Add-Ons so he did that himself.)

I seem to have good luck chatting with reps late in the day U.S. time.

SOC change through chat on website. Most everything else through 611, except last night was T-Force on Twitter.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Promotion was removed from my account two days after adding it.... got this text

Heads up, you've been un-enrolled from T-Mobile your promotional service discount as the account no longer meets promotion eligibility criteria. View
for account details.

currently chatting with tmobile.....

Thank you for waiting. Looking over the account I am seeing that you were told that you would qualify for that promotion before adding it but I am seeing that the **** line on the account has a promotion that cannot be combined with it. This is because it is basically the same promotion that we had extended to a later date than what was originally expected.

I am looking to see if there is any option that we have to still provide that since we had offered it. I cannot guarantee that it will be available since our systems will automatically remove it if we try to manually add it but I do want to take a few moments to make sure we go into any options that we have to help.

and now I got this....

"Thank you for waiting. I have been able to confirm that we will not be able to provide that promotion. If we were to do so it would end up falling off automatically before any kind of credits are applied.

I don't want you to pay for the information that we missed though so I can offer to apply a one time credit to cover the cost of that line for 12 months. I see that is $30 monthly so I can offer a lump sum of $360."

so then I ask....

"So the free line promotion that started a few days ago is t really a new free line promotion?"

and the response is...

"It is but it cannot be combined with the other free line promotion that you got with the line added on 11/25/2020 ending in 8841. This is because those are basically the same promotion. The lump sum credit that I offered is us going out of the normal to give you that line for free for a years worth of time."

You have to convert Sprint Plan to T-Mobile plan.. Because they treat you like grandfather plan which do not benefit to any T-Mobile promotion.
How do I do that when I don't have a Sprint account?

FYI: A free line can have kickback but in reality it will not discount the line below $0.

T-Mobile is not going to pay anyone to have extra lines. Free is still good however.

What day did you add it? It will be interesting to see if anyone else adding that day experiences the same thing. I added on Tuesday and the line showed up yesterday morning

Did you end up take the $360 credit with the representative? If you cancel the line, you still be able to keep the credit.

Successful plan conversion from FRLTUL4LP plan to TIULFM9. My FRLTUL4LP plan was maxed out at 8 lines due to all the free line promotions, and I was really hesitant to change it since I was already paying a reasonable $120 all in. Skipped the last free line promotion, decided to jump in this round. Glad I did because the plan was successfully changed and my bill actually went down another $10 with the additional line.

My experience was:
  1. Backup screenshots of the account, price, promotions, line level promos, codes, etc.
  2. Asked about the free line promotion through chat using desktop.
  3. Agent immediately knew about the free line promo, asked to login to verify account, basic adding line questions (do I have a device, etc.)
  4. Confirmed there will be a plan change, all promos will carry over
  5. Explicitly ask about the discounts and account bill won't change to have it in the log
  6. After all the assurances, agent made the change, added the line, asked for SIM card payment.
  7. Checked account with agent on phone, saw my plan was over $250, agent confirmed that the promos takes a day or two to apply.
  8. Total time took 15 mins of chatting, backup copy of the chat to notepad.
  9. Checked back throughout the day, plan remained at $250.
  10. Received text messages that said I no longer qualified for promotions.
  11. Checked again this morning, prepping for a call to CSR, my plan is now $110, lower than before with the additional line active.

Now, with my 9 line TIULFM9 plan, I have the following account level promos:
TIULFM9
description: "Includes unlimited talk, text, and high-speed data for each line, with taxes and fees included. This plan is no longer for sale. "
discounts: [{name: "AutoPay Discount", code: "MEPYDIS40", amount: 40, usageBased: false,…},…]
0: {name: "AutoPay Discount", code: "MEPYDIS40", amount: 40, usageBased: false,…}
1: {name: "Insider Discount", code: "EMPFNBM", amount: 54, usageBased: false,…}
2: {name: "This One's on Us (AAL)", code: "AALPROMOB", amount: 30, usageBased: false,…}
3: {name: "2020 Line On Us", code: "20Q23P", amount: 30, usageBased: false,…}
4: {name: "2020 Line On Us 2", code: "20Q32P", amount: 30, usageBased: false,…}
5: {name: "2020 Line on Us 3", code: "20Q43P", amount: 30, usageBased: false,…}

I lost of couple of account level promos during the transition, but I'm not going to complain if my total bill is lower. I still have all my line level promos.
